Campaign Information & Sharing Guide Outlining Kooth’s #DontDoItAlone campaign and how to share it on social media
About the Campaign Launching this #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek There are some things in life you might want to keep to yourself. Like singing embarrassing song lyrics or talking with your cat or... you get the picture! But when it comes to mental health problems, you should never deal with it alone. We want to create an uplifting and positive film to remind teenagers that they are not alone when dealing with their mental health. There is always someone there to talk to. We will be releasing this video on Monday 1st February at the start of #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek and would love you to share it too.

Video Sharing Rules • This video can’t be reposted after 01.08.2021. You don’t need to remove it after this date, it just can’t be re- used. Due to strict contractual obligations with the talent featured in this video, under no circumstances are you able to ! • If anyone responds a social post about Kooth expressing download the video to host on your own channels. Campaign Release Timeline • The video is under strict embargo until 8:20am on Monday 1st February 2021. Please do not publish anywhere before this time. • Due to contractual obligations, you are able to publish on your channels as many times as you like until 1st August 2021. How to Re-gram 1. Make sure your comms person has access to a re-gram app. You can download them via your app store. Make sure you download a trusted app with at least a 4.5* rating 2. Follow the app’s instructions which will allow you to repost the video directly onto your own Instagram. This should allow you to keep our original copy with all celebrities already tagged 3. Please make you give permissions for a reposted watermark or declare the video is a repost in the comments or copy 4. If you don’t want to download 3rd party apps to re-gram, there is always the option to share Kooth’s grid video to your stories. You can add the hashtag #DontDoItAlone to your stories
