First Christian News October 27, 2021 Page 5 6 TH R E P O R T F R O M T H E pulpit committee ONLY A FEW DAYS REMAIN TO SUBMIT YOUR PASTORAL SEARCH SURVEY As of this writing (Sunday afternoon, October 24th), we on the Pulpit Committee have completed 10 Committee meetings and numerous subgroup meetings since August 1st, received 122 responses to the Congregational Survey, and are in the midst of compiling our Congregation Profile to advertise FCCNH’s Executive Senior Pastor opening. Thank you to everyone who has completed the Survey, and remember you have until November 1st to get yours to us. We do encourage individual responses, though you may make them for entire families if you wish. We especially wish to thank Harrison Anle for his diligent work in formulating the Survey along with Charlie Harris. Unfortunately, Harrison’s company is transferring him to their San Francisco office soon, and we will be losing his participation. Thanks, Harrison, for your help in the right place at the right time. We appreciate it so much, and we wish you and your family only the best. As Pastor Bob always said, “You may be apart from us, but you’re always a part of us.” The Board is continuing to seek a 20 to 35 year old participant for us in the interview and selection process, so if you have a nomination please contact Dino Schofield or Sally Hallada, Congregational Pres- ident and Vice-President, through the church office prior to the next Board meeting on November 16th. Thank you for your continuing prayerful support for our task. We’re here to serve you. If you wish to contact the Committee, please do so at pulpitcomm@fccnh.org. Richard Follett, Pulpit Committee Chair As part of our Senior Pastor search, we need to hear from our church family. Individuals in families who are 12 or older are invited to participate in this sur- vey. We encourage you to pray and seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit as you read over and then complete this survey. Take the (secure and confidential) survey online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FCCNHPastorSearchSurvey or access by using the QR CODE at right. PLEASE COMPLETE & SUBMIT THE SURVEY BY THIS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1
