Design Shanghai 2019 Norwegian design and innovation is a very important part of Nordic design. However, it has not been very well known in China where there are increasing demand for high quality products with design elements. In order to promote Norwegian Design and increase the brand awareness in China, Innovation Norway identifies Design Shanghai 2019, one of Asia’s Top Design Fair, as the event for Norwegian design companies to participate. A local Chinese company, WoW Design, will co-organize the Norwegian companies exhibition booth. WoW Design has worked with many Nordic design brands for sales and distribution of Nordic design products in China and has previously collaborated with Danish, Finnish and Swedish Cousulates General in Shanghai to organize pavillions at Design Shanghai fairs. WoW Design has expressed interests in meeting and introducing more Norwegian brands into the Chinese market. It is our wish to organize a Norwegian Pavilion at Design Shanghai 2019 in collaboration with WoW Design. www.innovationnorway.no
