Included in this package are our menu selections,
Pricing details and general information.
If you have requirements outside our standard format please don’t
hesitate to discuss them with us.
Please feel free to come in to view our function facilities.

Brooklands Tavern is a family friendly, vibrant venue in the heart of Southern River.
We have four areas in our venue that are ideal for functions such as birthdays,
anniversaries, corporate events, social club functions or just a good old get together.
Our menus are contemporary, fresh and innovative and range from a la carte to set
menus or finger food. All minors must leave the venue by 9pm.
The Pool Room
Our indoor room comfortably caters for up to 60 people for a cocktail style of function
in a relaxed, informal environment. The area is adjacent to but separate
From the main bar and can be booked exclusively.
This area contains two pool tables which can be removed if required.
The Beer Garden
The area outside the Bistro is available for functions and is ideal for family events with
access to the Bistro’s children’s play area. Comfortably cooled by misters in the
summer and heated by outdoor heaters in the winter the Beer Garden can cater for
50 - 70 people depending on the style of function.
Room Hire
Brooklands Tavern does not charge room hire for any area.
We don’t charge any fees to bring in your own cake, however please bring plates &
utensils for the cake to be served on.
You may decorate the area you choose, Please advise when booking how much time

• Our platters cater for approx 8-10 people
• Confirmation of your order is required 2 weeks prior to your function
• The Brooklands operates under an accredited food safety program; food cannot be
taken from the premises
• In the interest of patron safety all food must be consumed on premise
• We can cater for vegetarian, allergies or gluten free, please advise us when making
your booking
Platters must be paid for at least 1 week prior, refunds on cancelled platters will
be given through either a bar tab or a venue voucher – No cash refunds.Terms and Conditions:
We do not make tentative bookings and will need the credit card authorisation form completed
in full and returned before a function is officially booked.
In compliance with the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a
person under the age of 18 years on a licensed or regulated premise. Brooklands tavern is a
responsible server of alcohol. For this reason we reserve the right to; Refuse entry and service to
underage persons and Remove any persons creating a disturbance. Any guests deemed by a
staff member to be intoxicated, will be asked to leave. These are our legal requirements and our
duty of care to insure all patrons are being cared for and feel they are within a safe
environment.
Brooklands Tavern will endeavour to provide the service that has been contractually arranged.
However Brooklands will accept no liability in the Case of Business Interruption i.e. Building
work, weather complications or anything that affects the ability to run a fully functional and
compliant business. Brooklands reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time.
Brooklands Tavern accepts no responsibility for any items that may be lost or stolen whilst on
the premises, or items that are left in the care of any Brooklands staff. The client accepts
responsibility for costs for any damage to furniture, fixtures, and fittings done to the building
whilst the function is being held. Management reserves the right to charge for further cleaning if
the room is deemed unusable.
Due to Health and Safety laws no food may be brought on site. Food and beverages bought on
site must remain on site. No exceptions will be given.
All minors must remain next to their parent or legal guardian at all times. Minors must leave the
venue by 9pm. All persons must show legally accepted identification. Current
Passport, proof of age card or drivers licence are the only acceptable form of identification in
Western Australia.
