Once logged in click on the ‘Add Collivery’ button in the navigation bar, located at the top of the page. Select ‘Domestic’
from the dropdown menu to book a local Collivery.
*The landing page you see straight after logging in gives you an overview of all of your Colliveries. You will be able to view
and manage your Colliveries from here once they have been booked.

You will need to complete the form and contact details of a contact person followed by clicking on the ‘Save Button’.

then click on the green + ‘Add Contact Button’, located next to the contact field. Fill out the details of the contact person
you wish to add and hit the ‘Save Button’. Please note that certain fields are *Required, but we recommend you fill out all
the fields.

It’s really easy editing a saved address or contact on our system. First select the address or contact you wish to edit from
the dropdown field of choice and click on the blue ‘Edit Button’, to edit the selected address or contact. Once you have
finished editing the address or contact remember to click the ‘Save Button’.
You also have the ability to swap your collection address and contact with your delivery address and contact; simply by

Select the service type that best suits your time frame for your delivery.
*Please note that the service type & volumetric weight will affect the costing of your quotation.
Each service type is explained as follows:
Will be delivered before the close of business day. This service has a 5 hour cut-off for
Same Day 2kg local deliveries and an 8 hour cut off time for deliveries outside Major centres.
Has a 2kg limit (Anything above 2kg will have a surcharge applied to the costing).
Next Day Will be delivered before the close of the following business day within Major centres.
2kg Has a 2kg limit (Anything above 2kg will have a surcharge applied to the costing).
Express
Road Freight Will be delivered 24 to 48 hours within Major Centres
5kg Has a 5kg limit (Anything above 5kg will have a surcharge applied to the costing).
Express
Will be delivered 48 to 72 hours within Major Centres
Road Freight 10kg Has a 10kg limit (Anything above 10kg will have a surcharge applied to the costing).
After selecting your service type you can manually edit the date and time of your collection and delivery, by clicking on the
date and time fields.
*If you have missed the cut-of time for a service type, you will need to change the service type and adjust the

Box Packing Guidelines Done Adding Parcels
Fill out the ‘Contents’, ‘Lithium Ion Battery’, and ‘RICA’ sections followed by filling out your parcels’ dimensions and weight.
It’s important to measure and weigh your parcel once completely packaged, and NOT the contents inside the packaging.
Fill in your parcels’ ‘Length’, ‘Width’, ‘Height’ in centimeters, ‘Weight’ in kilograms, and ‘Quantity’; followed by clicking on the
‘Add Button’ to add your parcel. You can add as many parcels as you like.Create Pre-defined Parcel

Box Packing Guidelines Done Adding Parcels
You may also choose from a variety of predefined parcels or create your own predefined parcel preset for your
convenience. If you have a fixed size parcel that you would like to add on a regular basis, creating your own predefined
parcels is recommended.
This can be done by clicking on the ‘New Predefined Parcel Button’. Fill out the ‘Description’; ‘Width’, ‘Height’, Length’, in
centimeters, and ‘Weight’ in kilograms, followed by clicking on the ‘Add Button’.
You can access all of your saved predefined parcels by clicking on the predefined parcels drop-down.
Once you are finished adding parcels, click on the ‘Done Adding Parcels Button’ to exit the add parcel screen.
To add additional parcels or edit added parcels just click on the ‘Radio Button’ in front of the ‘Envelope’, ‘Package’, or
‘Tender Document’.

Done Adding Parcels
Add your references one by one, hitting the ‘Add References Button’ after each reference. When you have finished adding
all of your references click the ‘Done Adding Parcels Button’.
Lastly you will need to decide if you would like to add insurance that covers up to a maximum of R10 000.00 at an
additional cost or carry the risk on your consignment.

As you can see above we have forgotten to select a collection vehicle type under the ‘Parcel Details’. When you click on the
‘Get Quote Button’ you will see this tool tip pop up:

Other error messages will appear in ‘red’, at the top of the page, below the Collivery.net navigation bar. In the example
above we selected the ‘Parcel Type’, but forgot to select the collection vehicle under the ‘Parcel Details’ section.
Package type was selected, but no parcels were added. Can’t add waybill.
Once you have corrected any mistakes you might have made, go ahead and click on the ‘Get Quote Button’ to generate
your quotation.

After clicking on the ‘Get Quote Button’ a quotation will be generated below the Collivery.net Navigation bar. You have the
ability to play around a bit with your quotation by changing the parameters of your quote, and clicking on the Get Quote
Button’ again to update your quotation.
You will be given two options, one to accept the quotation and another to reject it. Once you are happy with the quoted
amount you will need to accept the terms and conditions by clicking on the ‘Radio Button’, next to the Collivery T’s & C’s;
then click on the ‘Accept Quote Button’.
Alternatively you can click on the ‘Add Only - Accept Later Button’. You will receive a notification at the top of your screen
informing you that your Waybill [*******] has been added but not accepted, and that you will need to accept it from the
Overview screen.
