IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR 2021
Your tickets
This year we will be introducing e-tickets to promote a contactless theatre
experience. Tickets will be sent to you electronically from February 2021.
Additional tickets
Due to possible theatre capacity limitations additional tickets cannot be purchased
with your season package. If Government directives permit, additional tickets will
be released via a subscriber presale eight weeks prior to each opening night.
Ticket exchanges
If available, ticket exchanges will commence eight weeks prior to each opening night
and are subject to availability. Please note, theatre capacity may be restricted due
to COVID-19 Government requirements regarding social distancing.
Step inside program
Tickets for our annual series of behind the scenes events and talks are not currently
available. More details will be released closer to each production season.
Orchestra Pit Configuration
All 2021 productions will be configured with the larger orchestra pit.

Account credits can only be used for purchases through The Australian Ballet.
Refund requests for any cancelled performances will require a valid credit card,
and will be attempted within 14 business days.
