In October 2021 Copenhagen will host the 61st
European Commodities Exchange (ECE). Over the
years ECE has grown to become one of the most
significant agricultural trade fairs in all of Europe.

At the European Commodities Exchange experts
from the whole agribusiness chain has a unique
opportunity to meet and expand their more than
ever important business connections.

Covid-19
The Organizers are closely following the Covid-19 situation, we are confident,
that it in October 2021 it will be possible to host a successful European
Commodities Exchange in Copenhagen.
In preparation for next years exchange, we are working from a number of
different scenarios to be prepared for as many outcomes as possible. The
venues selected for the 2021 exchange, are already now running exhibitions
again and are collecting valuable experience for how to host exchanges with
respect to government guidelines and keep social distance – while still
delivering a good experience for the participant.
Luckily, we have plenty of space at the venue, and even have the possibility
to expand further if needed.
Under current Danish (August) guidelines and rules we would be able to host
a successful ECE.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy: In the event of the attendee is unable to attend the exhibitions days and/or the gala dinner
and/or accommodation, it is not possible to cancel the ticket. The fees charged to attend the event must be paid in
full, even in case of a no-show by the attendee.

Nevertheless, it is possible to have the name of holder of the ticket changed within a company. In this case contact
ece@dakofo.dk

In the event that the organizers have to cancel the European Commodities Exchange due to a second, third or future
outbreak of the COVID-19 or possible mutations of the virus, the organizers will only refund 50 % of the ticket fee,
sponsor fee or exhibition fee.

In the event of the organizers have to cancel the European Commodities Exchange due to an event of cause beyond
the control of the organizers (e.g. force majeure, like global pandemics, epidemics, war, strikes, extreme weather
conditions, fire or governmental actions prohibiting the event) any registration fees, sponsor fees or exhibition fees,
will only be refunded by 50 %.

Any further liability towards the attendee shall be excluded, and the organizers cannot be held responsible of these.

Copenhagen
Denmark is the gateway to Scandinavia for
the rest of the European union. In 2021 The
61st European Commodity Exchange will be
held in the capital of Copenhagen from the 7th
October to the 8th October 2021.

Copenhagen is at the same time a historic
trade center, while buzzing as a modern and
hip capital.

Transportation
Copenhagen have invested heavily in the public transport sector
in the last couple of decades

The new metro line M3 was taken into use in September 2019
connecting the city, making it possible to get around at ease.

From the airport to the central station takes approximately 20
min. by metro.

Copenhagen have over 700 active taxies operating around the
clock. – easy to catch or reserve either by phone or App.

Buses and Trains are also a possibility to get around!
