 The Villa Merton offers a unique ambiance for two to two hundred people.
 Unforgettable moments in a business context or at a private occasion.
 Gourmet and Bistro restaurant open up toward our terrace, which you can integrate in your event, depending on availability.
 On the upper floor, there are more possibilities for exclusive events for up to sixty people.
 For an exclusive booking of the ground floor we expect a miminum consumption of 6.000,- € plus room rates and set up fee.
 Our room rates are including furnishing and VAT.

 Under stucco ceilings, this room has a very refined atmosphere in which you experience the perfect
 combination of cuisine, service and ambience.

 Monday to Saturday: Minimum comsumption of 3.500,00,- €

 Together with one of our capable banquet staff, you choose your own individual menu entirely to your taste.

 For vegetarians we gladly offer a broad range of meals inspired by regional and seasonal influences as well.

The Union International Club has six lovingly designed suites
for your stay. They are located on the third floor of Villa Merton.

ROOMS

Furnishing
All suites are tastefully decorated.
The style, a skillful blend of tradition and modernity, makes a great visual impact.
The hand-selected furniture echoes the individual color scheme of each room.
They combine all the amenities and comforts in an environment that is quite close to the downtown area yet is quiet.
It goes without saying that Internet access (Wi-Fi and high speed) is free of charge for you.
Other amenities include a luxurious bathroom,
a Flat screen TV, mini bar and hair dryer.
The listed event rates already include the currently valid value-added-tax of 19%.
 A potential raise of the value-added-tax will be charged to the client.

 Our prices are final prices and not commissionable.

 Additional costs for an eventually needed basic cleaning after your event are not included in our prices and will be charged additionally to the final bill.

 Equipment and furniture mentioned in the contract is always disposed on a loan basis. The host of the event is responsible for any resulting damage due to non-proper usage of the
 disposed items.

 The customer will inform the Villa Merton of the final number of guests 3 business days prior the event.
 This number of participants (guaranteed number) is basis for the calculation and therefore obligatory for the event.

OTHER
BOOKING CONDITIONS

 The Villa Merton service manager and kitchen staff is included in the prices until midnight.
 From midnight on we charge the staff per staff member and hour:

 Service Manager                   € 34,00                           /                Kitchen staff € 34,00

 All additional service staff, needed to conduct your event, will be charged additionally to the final bill.
General cancellation policies as per contract:

             Until 60 days prior arrival:         cancellation free of charge

             5th till 30th day prior arrival:     20 % of the minimum consumption / room rate

             29th till 14th day prior arrival:    30 % of the lost sales of food and drinks
                                                  or 40 % of the minimum consumption as well as 40 % of the room rates & miscellaneous goods and services
             13th till 10th day prior arrival:    50 % of the lost sales of food and drinks
                                                  or 60 % of the minimum consumption as well as 60 % of the room rates & miscellaneous goods and services
             9th till 4th day prior arrival:      70 % of the lost sales of food and drinks
                                                  or 70 % of the minimum consumption as well as 80 % of the room rates & miscellaneous goods and services
             Starting at 3 days prior arrival:    100 % of the lost sales of food and drinks
                                                  or 100 % of the minimum consumption as well as 100 % of the room rates & miscellaneous goods and services

STORNIERUNGSBEDINGUNGEN

 Cancellation policies for staff costs as per contract:

             Until 21 days prior arrival:         cancellation free of charge

             20th till 8th day prior arrival:     50% of the staff costs for the scheduled period of assignment

             Starting at 7 days prior arrival:    100% of the staff costs for the scheduled period of assignment
