Scariest Halloween House Contest Week of October 22nd - 29th Register your house to compete in the Scariest Halloween House Contest. The Department on Aging, Daisy Recreation, and the public will vote for the winner. Email your address to recreation@eastbrunswick.org by October 20 to enter your house in the contest. Bragging rights and a small prize to the winners. Halloween Pet Costume Contest Week of October 22nd - 29th Register your special pet to compete in the Most Festive Halloween Pet Contest. Email a photo to recreation@eastbrunswick.org by October 20 and include your pet’s name and address, along with the owner’s name and phone number. Only the pet’s photo and first name will be posted for the voting. All other information will be kept confidential and only used to contact the winner. All entries must be received by October 19th. Recreation is partnering with Mission Control to provide eSports leagues and tournaments throughout the year. Players get the chance to play against other East Brunswick residents in leagues monitored by Mission Control and East Brunswick Recreation. A mixture of sports and action games will be offered on a variety of gaming platforms with age- specific leagues. Zumba with Toning - Fall 431008 Party yourself into shape! Zumba features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. You will be getting fit and your energy will be soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness Party. It’s easy to do, effective, and totally exhilarating. The class features approximately 35 minutes of cardiovascular exercise followed by approximately 10 minutes of body toning. Pastels in the Park - Fall 430610 In this class we will be outdoors in several of our Township Parks and capture their beauty with chalk pastels. Learn techniques, composition, and color through demonstrations and one-on-one advice. No experience needed. Art supplies will be provided, but please bring your own chair. Programs are open to EB residents on a first priority basis and Refunds will be issued if a program is cancelled nonresidents on a secondary basis. Resident - A participant who lives in EB shall pay the resident fee.
