PERMISSION WAIVER FOR SWIMMING EXCURSIONS IN 2020
Dear Parents / Guardians,
This permission note will allow students to take part in a swimming excursion during
the vacation care program at Curly Kids OOSH.
Please note we will only accept strong swimmers on the excursions. There will be a
1:5 ratio, with staff being in the water with the children. (Maximum 30 children).
The Swimming Excursion will be outlined in the released program advertised for the
seasonal vacation care. Structure around the activity displayed and communicated via
