•   Please be advised of the following age groups (ages are determined as of June 1st of the current year):
         - ELEMENTARY YOUTH: Ages 6-10

 You are required to fill all of the blanks provided, but here are a few tips that may help to properly complete your form.
 Write the department, select division and class to which your exhibit pertains. Describe your exhibit.
