Greetings!
Snow Show is finally happening again in person, and we couldn’t be more excited to gather together again—we really
missed you! This show is all about efficient business, bringing together our community, and celebrating the industry we all

We are committed to producing a show that is successful for all attendees, and ensures the health, safety, and well-
being of this community, our internal team and everyone else involved in the show. We are continuing to work with Visit
Denver, the Colorado Convention Center, and hotel partners to implement the highest safety protocols and measures
recommended by health officials and government agencies.
You will find the most up-to-date health and safety guidelines in this document, in addition to a show plan that will

First time registrants will need to submit business credentials during the registration process. Please find an approved
list of credentials here.

The easiest way to register for the Show is online, before you even get to Denver. Be on the lookout for registration emails
from Outdoor Retailer or go to outdoorretailer.com to register.
Registration is FREE for Retail Buyers, Designers, Importers/Distributors, Working Media, and Independent Reps until
December 10, 2021—get it done early to save time and money!

Badge Pick-Up
Insider’s Tip—Pick up your badge BEFORE the show starts to
avoid the lines on Day 1. You can pick up your badge inside

the Colorado Convention Center in Lobby A, or the 14th Street
Entrance.
Make sure you bring your registration confirmation email (with Badge
Pick-Up
the scannable barcode) or photo ID.
If you haven’t registered and need to do that onsite, head to the
Colorado Convention Center.
Attending for the first time?
HOTELS
You’ll need to prepare your business credentials when
completing the registration form. You can find the list of
credentials here.
Can you bring dogs?
Yes you can! However, they will need badges, and you’ll be
required to sign a waiver upon registration.

Contact your local reps to make appointments or use Match, Outdoor Retailer’s messaging and appointment booking
portal, to contact brands and schedule appointments. **Buyers Hack: Did you know you can get a head start on your
appointments two hours before everyone else? The show floor is open to retail buyers with appointments starting at 7
a.m. every morning!
