IT’S BEEN A LONG COUPLE OF MONTHS IT’S TIME TO START PLANNING YOUR EVENT! At Doltone House, the safety of our clients, guests, suppliers, employees and their families is always our top priority. We are incredibly excited to reopen our amazing venues in a controlled and responsible way! To ensure the safety of everyone we have implemented a few changes (in accordance with the advice from the NSW Health Department, State and Federal Governments). In preparation for the welcome return of running Doltone House events for you, our esteemed client, precautionary measures are in place and new ones have been recently implemented within all Doltone House venues. We continue to work with the public health authorities as well as State and Federal governments to respond to all new relevant information and advice as restrictions continue to ease. We are adapting to these changes, and continue to implement every necessary precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of clients, guests and employees which we have outlined in this guide. Kind Regards, Anna Cesarano CEO – Doltone House catering and venue collection 2
WHAT WE ARE DOING IN OUR VENUES To ensure the wellbeing and safety of our clients, guests, suppliers and employees we have established this Safety Management Plan in accordance with all Government and NSW Health guidelines. We’ve developed our COVID-19 Safety Plan with these guidelines in mind and have successfully registered as a NSW Government-recognised COVIDSafe Business. All of our venues and associated venue spaces, are air conditioned and most of our venues have the option of opening door(s) to allow natural ventilation, should the client request. We have established a senior management team that meets regularly and are responsible for the review, update and communication of our response(s) to COVID-19 and any NSW Health, State and Federal government advice on the prevention and management of the spread of COVID-19. 3
