7% discount off of any published fares between Anchorage and any Alaska Airlines
US city (except Prudhoe Bay, AK).

HOW TO BOOK:
Go to www.alaskaair.com, click on “Use discount code or companion fare code”, enter
your origin/destination city and travel dates, enter Discount Code ECMA309, and click
on “Find Flights”. All eligible flights will display for you to choose from.
You may also call the Alaska Airlines Group & Meetings Desk at 1-800-445-4435 and
reference meeting code MA309. There is no booking fee when booking on
alaskaair.com, however, a $15.00 ticketing fee will apply for bookings made by calling
the Group Desk.

Fares are valid via Delta, Delta Connection and applicable DL* codeshare flights.

Use of fares provided pursuant to this commitment by anyone other than named party is strictly prohibited.
This Commitment may not be assigned, transferred or otherwise conveyed to any third party without the prior written
consent of Delta.
Modifications or amendments of this Commitment are not permitted without the prior written consent of Delta. This
Commitment may be canceled, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party. Any tickets purchased
pursuant to this Commitment prior to its cancellation will be honored.

Zone Fare Terms & Conditions

Validity
• Travel Validity: May 29 – June 19, 2019
• Booking Class: All space must be booked in “H” class of service
• Open Jaws: Permitted
• Combinability: Zone fares may be combined with published fares to create a round-trip itinerary.
• Valid Carriers: Travel is valid on (i) United Airlines and (ii) flights operated by other air carriers and marketed as
United Express. Travel is not valid on any other code-share flights.
Ticketing
• Refundability: Tickets are refundable less $200 cancellation fee. Fees are on a per ticket basis:
o After departure / no show: tickets are non-refundable.
o At Any Time: Unused portion of ticket is refundable in the event of death of passenger, or member of
passenger’s immediate family. Certification is required.
• Names Due / Ticketing Time Limit: Tickets must be purchased 14 days after booking
• Taxes/Surcharges/Fees: Fares are round-trip and include taxes and fees.
• Reservations: All reservations and tickets must be made and issued by the United Veterans Desk at 855-825-
5300 or via email at veterans@united.com
• Seat blocks: Unused seats referenced in Attachment A will be released 60 days prior to departure.
