WHAT’S ON AL-ANSAR ?
DESIGNATED AREA FOR PICK UP AND DROP OFF There will only be one point of entry and exit to the school premise, which is from Blk 41. This means that all parents will have to send and fetch their child from this point only. Parents are only allowed to drop their child at the holding area. No other entry or exit will be available as the mosque premise is still closed. Above is the photo for your reference.
STAGGERED ARRIVAL To minimize the density of crowds during arrival time, we will be implementing a staggered arrival arrangement (for children who are not taking school transport). We strongly encourage you to send your child during the designated timing and we greatly appreciate in your kind cooperation. Children with siblings can come together and will be following the earliest time slot. These are the timings for class arrival: AM SESSION PM SESSION K2: 8.00 am – 8.30 am K2: 1.30 pm – 2.00 pm Monday - Thursday K1: 8.00 am – 8.30 am K1: 1.30 pm – 2.00 pm N: 8.30 am – 8.45 am N: 2.00 pm – 2.15 pm AM SESSION PM SESSION K2: 8.00 am – 8.30 am K2: 10.00 am – 10.30 am Friday K1: 8.00 am – 8.30 am K1: 10.00 am – 10.30 am N: 8.30 am – 8.45 am N: 10.30 am – 10.45 pm

FEES PAYMENT How do I make payments for my child’s school fees? Concerned Mother We have several modes of payment. You can make payments by NETS, CDA or GIRO. Kindly make payments between 1st to 5th of every month. Deductions from CDA and GIRO accounts will be made on the 1st and 15th of every month. Please take note: We are not accepting cash payment. We seek parents’ understanding for prompt payment of school fee monthly. This will enable us to operate smoothly, to provide quality training program for our staff and to maintain excellent resources for our children & staff. Respective class teachers will give a note with individualised parent code on child’s first week of school. • Teacher will reply messages within 3 working days. • Parents please message via ClassDojo if your child is sick and absence from school. – Importantly, parents to inform if your child has any contagious illnesses.
