Weekly Tuition Rates 2-3 Days per week 4-5 Days per week AM Care Only $28.75 $33.75 PM Care Only $37.50 $52.50 AM and PM Care $50.00 $68.75 Punchpass: $15/ Visit Registration Fee a. A non-refundable registration fee of $30/ child or $50/ family is required each school year. b. Your registration fee will be processed within 2-3 business days of submitting your registration. Payment Information a. Automatic withdraw is required for your Honey Grove tuition and will be processed each Monday. b. If there are three declines within one year and payments are not made by the end of that week, Honey Grove reserves the right to terminate childcare services for the child(ren). c. There will be a $5.00 processing fee added to your account for any declined ACH transactions. d. Optional activities will be offered throughout the school year in which additional fees may be applied. e. Statements and proof of payment may be obtained by going to www.MyProcare.com. f. Honey Grove’s Federal Tax Identification Number is 35-2142842. A year-end Tax Statement can be provided upon request at the year end. Punchpass a. Honey Grove offers a Punchpass program for students who will only attend the program occasionally. b. If your child will be attending using a Punchpass for the afternoon, you MUST contact your Honey Grove Site Supervisor, Child’s Teacher, and School’s Main Office to let them know by 12pm. You do not need to notify us for morning care. c. Punchpass charges will be applied to your account and billed the Monday following when your child attended using a Punchpass. The fee is $15/Visit. If attending both AM and PM care the fee would be $30. Discounts a. A 10% multiple child discount will be applied to your oldest child’s tuition IF both students are attending full time (M-F AM and PM Care) b. Honey Grove offers a 25% discount off the total tuition for Center Grove and Clark Pleasant Employees. c. Free care is provided during early release hours (Wednesday: 3pm-4pm) for Center Grove and Clark Pleasant Employees. A registration must be on file. Enrollment Process a. Honey Grove requires a 2-business day waiting period from the time your registration is submitted before beginning the program. No exceptions. b. A registration must be submitted via our website: www.HoneyGroveEducation.com c. You may not begin care if you have an outstanding balance on your Honey Grove account.
Program Details Honey Grove is on-site at each elementary school. Parents/ Guardians are welcome to drop off and pick-up their child at any point during the following hours of the program. Hours are subject to change due to the schools pick-up/drop off procedures. AM Care: 6:30am-8:30am PM Care: 4:00pm-6:00pm Each parent/ guardian is responsible for walking their child into the school and signing them in with a Honey Grove staff member. Students are only released to individuals listed as “authorized pick-ups” and must be at least 16 years of age. Each authorized pick-up must have ID available. Program Details Honey Grove will be posting a monthly calendar to our Company Website and Facebook Pages regarding our program activities. We encourage you to check it out and communicate with your child on which activities they enjoyed while at the program! Behavior Expectations Honey Grove promotes positive guidance techniques. Redirection and logical consequences are used to help children develop self-control and assume responsibility for his/her actions. Expectations and consequences permit students an opportunity to eliminate inappropriate behavior. Honey Grove Before and After guidelines are enforced: • By all staff members at all times • In substantial part by adult role modeling • Using techniques that promote the growth of positive self-esteem • By holding students accountable for their actions • By keeping parents informed • Using age appropriate reflection time • By limiting group discipline to a maximum of 5 minutes Honey Grove does not tolerate the following behaviors including but not limited to: • Physical violence towards students and/ or staff members • Fleeing from the program and teacher supervision • Defiance causing one on one support for any longer than 15 minutes Honey Grove reserves the right to suspend/ dismiss students from the program for portraying the behaviors listed above. Meal Plan Honey Grove will be pairing up with the Clark Pleasant Food Service for a daily afternoon snack. Menu will be posted on our website before the 1st day of school. This is included in fee structure. Electronics and Personal Items Students are not permitted to bring electronics or other personal belongings into our program. If your child happens to lose anything while at the program, contact your Site Supervisor immediately. Although we’ll be more than happy to look, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
Emergency Procedures, Cancellations, or Delays Honey Grove will practice the following drills based off the school schedule to ensure the safety of our students: Fire Drill, Tornado Drill, and Intruder Drill. Two Hour Delay: We will make every effort to be at the school at our normal scheduled time and provide care until the school day begins. There will be no additional fees unless the 2-hour delay is being used as a Punchpass. Student must be dropped off by 9am. Two Hour Delay Turns into Cancellation: If a two-hour delay turns into a school cancellation, after the before program has begun but before the school day has officially begun, you will be required to pick up your child by 10:00am (late pick-up fees apply). Emergency Early Dismissal after the school day has begun: If school is cancelled after the school day has begun, Honey Grove aftercare will not be provided. If your child normally attends after school care, you will need to pick you child up from their elementary school. Connected Learning Days: Honey Grove will not provide care. Cancellation Days: Honey Grove will not provide care. Intoxicated Parent Policy In the event that an intoxicated or impaired person insists on removing a child(ren) form our care, we would immediately notify the police department and try to delay the person from leaving the facility. If the person insists on leaving, we would make sure to get a complete description of the vehicle or license plate number and watch to see the direction of travel the person takes, to give that information to the police. Late Pick-Up Policy d. Late pick-up fees will be assessed to any pick-ups after 6:05pm. The charge is $1.00 for every minute late (example: child picked up at 6:09pm equals a $4 per child late fee). The charge shifts to $2.00 per minute after 15 minutes late (example: child picked up at 6:30pm equals a 40.00 per child late fee). If we are unable to get in contact with you after one hour, the local police department will be contacted. e. If you frequently (more than 3 times) pick up between our 6:00pm-6:05pm grace period, Honey Grove reserves the right to begin charging you beginning at 6:00pm. f. Late pick up fees will be included in your next tuition withdraw. Release of Medication If your child will need to be given medication during our program, we will require a medication form to be completed and on file. Please contact your Site Supervisor to obtain this form.
Babysitting Waiver Should you ask a Honey Grove employee to babysitting or provide care outside of our program for your family- a babysitting waiver will need to be completed and on file prior. Honey Grove is not responsible for the care or transportation of your child that may take place outside of our program. Accident Reports Should your child become injured during our program, Honey Grove will complete an accident report to be signed. If you wish to receive a copy, Honey Grove will be able to provide you one within 24 hours. Honey Grove Intermission Camps 2021-22 Honey Grove strives to create educational, enjoyable, and unique camps for all students. Our camps will be held at one of the Clark Pleasant Elementary Schools. Location will be posted to our website at least 6 weeks ahead of time. Honey Grove will provide camps that include seasonal events and themes, and are designed and planned by our Site Supervisor’s and Directors. Each camp will have several groups that are age appropriate to ensure that each activity works for each grade. Our camp guides (with rates and details) are located on our website throughout the year before registration begins. Details regarding these camps are typically posted 2-3 months in advance for planning purposes. Please visit our website throughout the year to explore your options! 2021-22 Camp Dates Fall Break: Monday, October 11th – Friday, October 22nd Winter Break: Monday, December 20th – Wednesday, December 22nd, Monday, December 27th – Thursday, December 30th, Monday, January 3rd.
