2020 Please note ROSE CITY CHALLENGE fills up quickly every year, so the sooner you get your information in, the better! Dear Coaches, Metro Gymnastics Center along with the Metro Booster Clubs would like to welcome you to the 22nd Annual Rose City Challenge, February 28 - March 1, 2020. Competition for Boys: Levels 4-10, JD and Xcel Competition for Girls: Levels 2-10 and Xcel The RCC is please to announce that we will be offering DIVISION 1 and DIVISION 2 for all Compulsory levels - as well as Junior Development and Xcel - for the Mens’ Program Please read the following information and submit the necessary forms on or before the mentioned dates. • All teams must enter using the USA Gymnastics Reservation System • The final entry fee/roster deadline is December 2, 2019 • Entries will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis • ONLY FULL PAYMENT & ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL HOLD YOUR TEAMS’ SPOT IN THE MEET! (Deposits are not necessary and will not hold a spot for your team) There will be over 30 teams competing from many different states. We look forward to seeing spectacular routines performed by some of the best gymnasts in the Northwest. It promises to be an exciting three days of quality competition. Rose City Challenge 2020 MEET INFORMATION EQUIPMENT AAI ELITE EQUIPMENT AWARDS: INDIVIDUAL GIRLS on the number of competitors BOYS on the number of competitors AWARDS: TEAM Team scores are figured using the top 3 competitors per club, per event. A much appreciated feature of The Rose City Challenge is the separate awards area which allows awards for the completed session to be distributed quickly and efficiently as warm-ups for the next session are underway. ADMISSION Pay one time for **CASH ONLY** the Entire Weekend: $15.00 per person (ages 18 & up) $5.00 per person (ages 6-17) $5.00 per Senior Free (ages 5 & under) COACHES Professional All coaches will be REQUIRED to show their current Professional Membership Number prior to receiving the Coaches Packet and wristband for the event. Coaches Coaches must check-in to their first session to get their packets, which will include: Complete meet & session info. and wristbands for coaches. Coaches Hospitality Free Food All Sessions CREDENTIALS: COACHES Wristband must be worn to gain admittance into your own competition session and must be worn to provide free admission into all other sessions.
