THE AVAILABLE SPACE

TO CONFIRM A BOOKING, BOTH THE ROOM HIRE FEE & $400 BOND IS REQUIRED. THIS PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE TO SECURE THE DATE; ROOM HIRE FEE CAN
BE MADE USING A CREDIT CARD, EFTPOS OR CASH. THE $400 BOND PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO BE PAID IN CASH AND IF NO DAMAGE OCCURS, WILL BE
REFUNDED AT THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR EVENT.

ROOM HIRE & MINIMUM SPENDS

STRICTLY NO FOOD IS PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE VENUE FOR YOUR EVENT OTHER THAN CAKES WHICH WILL INCUR A CAKEAGE FEE OF $1.50 PER
PERSON FOR ALL FUNCTIONS. ANY OTHER FOOD WILL BE REMOVED FOR SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS. FOOD IS ONLY TO BE MADE BY OUR CHEFS.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
ALL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED AND CONFIRMED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

FINAL PAYMENT
ALL CATERING REQUIREMENTS ARE TO BE MADE AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF YOUR FUNCTION. FINAL NUMBERS ARE REQUIRED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO
THE EVENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS NUMBER WILL FORM THE BASIS FOR FINAL CHARGING. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, THE VICTORIA HOTEL RESERVES THE
RIGHT TO CANCEL THE FUNCTION. ANY DRINK TABS MUST BE PAID IN FULL UPON CONCLUSION OF FUNCTIONS.

GUEST ENTRY
GUEST ENTRY TO THE FUNCTION WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AGREED START AND FINISH TIMES. THE VICTORIA HOTEL YARRAVILLE
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANY PATRON IN ACCORDANCE WITH NORMAL RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL PROCEDURES. MINORS ARE
WELCOME TO ATTEND FUNCTIONS WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY A LEGAL GUARDIAN. ID IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY GUEST ATTENDING ANY PRIVATE FUNCTION AT THE
VICTORIA HOTEL YARRAVILLE.

DECORATIONS
AANY ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT/DECORATIONS OR PROPS REQUIRED, OTHER THAN THOSE SUPPLIED BY THE VICTORIA HOTEL, MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH THE
EVENTS COORDINATOR. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VENUE MUST APPROVE ALL EQUIPMENT OR DECORATIONS, AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISALLOW ANY
MATERIAL DEEMED OFFENSIVE OR DANGEROUS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOST TO ENSURE ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AND OR DECORATIONS ARE
REMOVED FROM THE VENUE AT THE COMPLETION OF THE FUNCTION. UNAUTHORISED DECORATIONS INCLUDE: GLITTER, SCATTERED FOIL, CONFETTI AND
SPARKLERS. NO ADHESIVE IS TO BE USED ON THE WALLS OF THE VENUE.

DAMAGES AND CLEANING
EVENT ORGANISERS ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL GUESTS INCLUDING USE OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES/ALCOHOL BROUGHT INTO THE VENUE, THEFT
AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE BUILDING, FURNITURE OR PROPERTY DURING AND IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE FUNCTION, INCLUDING ANY COSTS FOR REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT AT CURRENT MARKET PRICE. THE BOND WILL BE FORFEITED IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE TO THE VENUE CAUSED BY ANY GUESTS OF THE FUNCTION.
GENERAL CLEANING DUTIES ARE CARRIED OUT BY STAFF FROM THE VICTORIA HOTEL YARRAVILLE, HOWEVER ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY BE INCURRED IF
CLEANING REQUIREMENTS EXCEED GENERAL CLEANING DUTIES. BE PAYABLE IF CLEANING NEEDS ABOVE AND BEYOND GENERAL CLEANING DUTIES.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING COSTS: $100

EQUIPMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT:
STRICT CONDITIONS APPLY TO ENTERTAINMENT VOLUME, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE HOTELS PATRONS AND RESIDENTS NEXT DOOR. SOLO, DUO OR TRIO ACTS
ALONG WITH DJS AND DUKE BOXES ARE PERMITTED. ALL ENTERTAINMENT MUST BE AUTHORISED BY THE EVENTS COORDINATOR AND EQUIPMENT INDUCTIONS
ARE WELCOME PRIOR TO THE FUNCTION DATE, SHOULD THE VENUE REQUEST. A MICROPHONE IS ALSO AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

SECURITY
THE VICTORIA HOTEL YARRAVILLE RESERVES THE RIGHT, WITHOUT LIABILITY, TO EXCLUDE OR MANAGE PATRONS WHO BREACH ANY POLICY OR LEGAL
RESPONSIBILITY WHILST ON, OR PRIOR TO ENTERING OUR VENUE. IF A FUNCTION REQUIRES SECURITY GUARDS TO BE EMPLOYED BY THE VICTORIA HOTEL
YARRAVILLE, TO SUPERVISE THE EVENT AT THE COST OF $240 PER GUARD, IT WILL BE A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS PER GUARD. THIS DECISION WILL BE MADE BY THE
VENUE MANAGER. THE VICTORIA HOTEL YARRAVILLE ADHERES TO RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL LEGISLATION. ALL STAFF ARE TRAINED IN THE LIQUOR
LICENSING ACCREDITED RSA (RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL) AND BY LAW MAY REFUSE TO SERVE ALCOHOL TO ANY PERSONS WHOM THEY BELIEVE TO BE
INTOXICATED. ANY INTOXICATED PERSONS WILL BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY FROM THE VENUE. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS LEGISLATION, PERSONS UNDER THE
AGE OF 18 YEARS OF AGE (MINOR) ARE NOT PERMITTED TO CONSUME ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES. THE VICTORIA HOTEL STAFF RESERVE THE RIGHT TO
REQUEST SUITABLE ID.

SOFT PLAY
NO EXTERNAL PROVIDERS CAN BE BROUGHT IN TO SUPPLY ANY TYPE OF SOFT PLAY EQUIPMENT. THE VICTORIA HOTEL YARRAVILLE HAS THIS AVAILABLE FOR
ANY FUNCTION HELD WITHIN THE VENUE.

CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLING A FUNCTION AFTER THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID CAN ONLY BE DONE BY CONSULTING DIRECTLY WITH THE EVENTS COORDINATOR, TOGETHER
WITH THE PERSON WHO PAID THE INITIAL DEPOSIT. IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION, THE FOLLOWING TERMS WILL APPLY REGARDING FUNDS:

- 4 WEEKS PRIOR: FULL REFUND    - WITHIN 14 DAYS: 50% REFUND   - WITHIN 7 DAYS: NO REFUND
