LOVE WIMBLEDON
CHRISTMAS TREE
Our spectacular 25ft Christmas tree, situated outside the
station, brings festive sparkle and cheer to several
hundreds commuters, employees, residents and visitors
to our town centre each week.
Installed from mid-November to early January. Your
branded advertising boards (1m x 1m) will be attached to
the white picket fence surrounding the tree and Love
Wimbledon would do promotion on social media of the
partnership too.
Cost: £1,750

TOWN CENTRE
FLORAL DISPLAYS
New for 2020!
Located in the heart of Wimbledon Town Centre, in prime
areas with high footfall, these impressive floral displays garner
a lot of attention. Have your brand prominently displayed on a
plaque throughout the winter season.

Cost: £700 (six months of sponsorship)

LOVE WIMBLEDON
MAGAZINE
Twice a year, Summer and Christmas, Love Wimbledon produces
the very digestible ‘Our Wimbledon’ Magazine. A print run of
50,000, with 45,000 being delivered to homes in Wimbledon and
the surrounding areas and the remaining 5,000 copies distributed
around the town centre. For the Summer magazine, copies are
handed directly to tennis fans as they exit Wimbledon Train
Station.
Advert prices available for BID Businesses:
• Inside the magazine £850
• Inside Back £1,000
• Back cover £1,200
Artwork deadline is 27 April for Summer and 7 October for

BIG SCREEN TENNIS
June – July (2021 Dates TBC)
The eyes of the world are upon SW19, not to mention the thousands
of visitors who flock to Wimbledon Town Centre to enjoy the tennis
coverage on our Big Screen during the first two weeks of July on The
Piazza.
Opportunities include:
• Overall event sponsorship
• Sampling
• Spot adverts on the screen
• Big Screen Tennis sponsorship is jointly managed by Love
  Wimbledon and agency GPM360.

SUMMER SIT OUT
July – August (2021 Dates TBC)
Launching right after our Big Screen Tennis, for three weeks
our grassed seating area and picnic benches on The Piazza will
provide an alfresco space for people to enjoy in Wimbledon
Town Centre.
This year we will be creating a ‘Piazza Menu’ promoting lunch-
time, takeaway specials from surrounding restaurants that
people can takeaway to enjoy on The Piazza.
We welcome local BID Businesses to get involved and benefit
from the footfall this event attracts.
Your business could:
•   Provide a lunch offer to be featured on the ‘Piazza Menu
    Board’
•   Offer free samples on The Piazza
•   Provide experiential activity or live entertainment

The Ultimate Halloween Pumpkin Hunt – Wimbledon will be filled with
families hunting for pumpkins this Half Term, strategically placed
throughout the town centre. Attract visitors to your venue and sponsor a
prize, to be won by the team with the most points.

We often do one-off events, so whether Chinese New Year, an Easter Egg
Hunt, something arty, community focused or one of our many business
events, there is always an opportunity to get involved or sponsor it. So if
