Together, we will put together a truly memorable day in the Italian countryside
in elegant settings against a backdrop of rolling hills and vineyards.
The marriage ceremony will take place in our own vineyard, to be followed by a sumptuous
wedding dinner on our terrace. A true fairy tale wedding! Villa la Madonna is passionate
about weddings and will be delighted to tailor the perfect event for you. Come and celebrate

WEDDING PACKAGE 3 days and 2 nights In most cases, the bride and groom choose to celebrate their wedding at Villa La Madonna for three days with their family and friends. The arrival day is the perfect opportunity for the guests to meet and get settled in. Based on our experience, we have put together a programme which usually proves very successful, and which we recommend. The first day starts with check-in during the afternoon. Guests can relax at our idyllic outdoor pool, explore the surroundings or participate in one of our activities. In the evening we serve a classic Italian buffet inspired by cuisine from all over Italy, prepared by our own chef. After dinner, guests can mingle outdoors and enjoy an open bar, music and dancing. On the big day, it’s nice to wake up at leisure and enjoy a delicious breakfast. After this, the bride, groom and guests will be in high spirits and ready for the idyllic marriage ceremony in Villa la Madonna’s vineyard. An unforgettable day! The celebrations end on day three with a relaxing brunch for all the guests before preparing for departure. This package includes a wedding coordinator to help you plan the wedding of your dreams down to the very last detail. Together, we will create an unforgettable memory for life.
DAY 1 COME TOGETHER (Friday) 15.00 The guests arrive at the hotel and check in during the afternoon. 19.00 Welcome reception in the piazza with spumante and aperitivo. 20.00 Italian buffet on the veranda, served with our delicious Villa la Madonna wine. During the meal, singing and guitar music will be performed by our resident musician. 22.00 The bar and lounge are open for drinks after dinner. 01.00 Bar closes.
DAY 2 THE WEDDING DAY (Saturday) 9.00-11.00 Breakfast. 13.00 A light lunch can be arranged for resident guests. 17.00 Spumante and canapés by the pool accompanied by live music. 18.00 Wedding ceremony among the grape vines with live music. 19.00 A toast is raised to the bride and groom in the piazza. 19.30 Wedding dinner starts. 22.00 Wedding cake with coffee and liqueur/grappa. 22.30 Dancing begins. Bar opens in our piazza or by the pool. 01.00 Freshly baked pizza is served. 03.00 The wedding party winds up.
DAY 3 SAY GOODBYE (Sunday) 09.00-11.00 A delicious breakfast is served on the terrace. 11.00 Guests check out.

DAY 2 Breakfast Spumante with canapés by the pool before or after the marriage ceremony, live music (guests will also be served water before the ceremony). Toast to the bride and groom in the piazza. Wedding dinner – 4-course meal. Wine package tailored to the meal. Wedding cake including coffee/tea and 1 glass of liqueur/grappa. Late night snack (freshly baked pizza). DAY 3 Breakfast served in the restaurant. FOR GUESTS NOT STAYING AT VILLA LA MADONNA, THE PACKAGE INCLUDES: DAY 1 Spumante with aperitivo before dinner. Italian dinner buffet including dessert. Table wine and water or soft drinks. Coffee after dinner (spirits and other evening drinks are charged separately). Live music performed by our resident musician. To celebrate your wedding at Villa la Madonna,
it´s required to book the whole hotel for a minimum stay of 2 nights .
Please note that we cannot hold a legally valid marriage ceremony at Villa la Madonna.

DEPOSIT A booking fee of 35% of the total booking price is due within 14 days after the booking is confirmed. The booking fee is part of the total price of the wedding arrangement fee including the wedding pack- ages. The remaining 65% is due three months before arrival. Any extras in addition to the original price paid are due at least 30 days before arrival. Any remaining charges are due on departure. All bookings must be confirmed in writing. All prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to increase our prices regarding goods and services beyond our control. CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cancellation from the booking date up to 90 days before the booked arrival date – Villa la Madonna will retain the booking fee of 35% of the total booking price. Cancellation 90 days before the booked arrival date – Villa la Madonna will charge 100% of the total booking price. PRELIMINARY BOOKING You can make a preliminary booking of your wedding event. Please confirm the booking within 14 days, or it will be cancelled. Prices are valid for 2021.
