Placement Test Fee – grades 1-8 $30 Entrance Fee – This annual fee is due at registration and is non- $275 refundable after the first ten days of school. HOT LUNCH $4.50/ea WATER/MILK $.50/ea INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETICS (billed to student accounts) Team Membership (includes a loaned uniform) Cross-Country $100 /season Flag Football $100/season Volleyball $75/Jr. Varsity $150/Varsiy Soccer $75/Practice Team $150/Travel Team Basketball $75/Jr Varsity $150/Varsity Badminton $50/season GYMNASTICS (Grades 1-8) $60/first child $55/each additional child TOURS & TRIPS (other than the co-curricular trips listed above) 7th grade mission trip 8th grade class trip BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL CARE (per student) $2/each ½ hour $2/late fee every 5 minutes past closing time Library Books lost or not returned will be charged $15 to their student account. TUITION Tuition does not cover the full cost of operating Madison Campus Elementary. Members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church support
Adventist education with substantial church and conference subsidies. We pass that savings on to our students regardless of religious affiliation. Grades K - 8 Month: $437 Year: $4370 Pre – K 3-day: $400 5-day: $545 DISCOUNTS Discount $ Earned when… Multi-Student 5% 2nd student in family attending MCE. 10% 3rd student in family attending MCE 15% 4th+ student in family attending MCE $10/mo a sibling is attending Madison Academy. Early-Bird $50 the Entrance Fee is paid in full by June 30. $25 Entrance Fee is paid in full by July 31 Accounts must be current with no past due in order to receive this discount. On-Time $3 the family’s monthly payment is received by the 15th of the month. TUITION ASSISTANCE Church Assistance – Some churches provide tuition assistance to eligible members. If you attend a church other than MCC, please contact your church pastor or treasurer for information. MCC and MCE assistance provided jointly. Tuition Assistance – Madison Campus Elementary is committed to partnering with serious and committed families. The application deadline is April 1 for returning and new students. The majority of funds will be allocated after this time; however, it is our fervent ambition to be of support to any family needing assistance. Participation in PFE is required in order to qualify for tuition assistance. SCHOOL UNIFORMS See complete policy in Handbook. Uniforms are purchased by families. FINANCIAL POLICIES Registration Process – Registration is not complete until your Financial Plan has been signed and returned, and the first month’s tuition and entrance fee have been paid.
Billing Procedures – For your convenience, the annual tuition charge is divided into ten installments and billed August through May. The monthly installment plan is designed to help parents spread the cost of tuition over ten months and does not signify the cost of education per month. No refunds will be made for a partial month upon a student’s withdrawal. A monthly statement will be emailed to the responsible party by the 5th day of the month. Tuition and any applied fees are due on the 15th of each month. A late fee of $25 per student may be charged and any discounts and/or tuition assistance funds will be forfeited if payment is not made by the end of each month. A check returned for insufficient funds will be charged $15 and may result in a request that payments be made in cash or money order. Families with Tuition Assistance and/or a history of past due payments may be required to enroll in an automatic payment plan. Students Delinquent Accounts – Students with past due accounts may become ineligible for extra-curricular programs. Fees for these programs are non- refundable. Students with past due account also will not receive transcripts until full payment has been made or arrangements have been approved. Students with accounts 60 days past due may be asked to withdraw until the account is current. Siblings of graduates must not have a past due balance. Accounts must be paid in full in order for the student to enter school the following year. The Finance Committee or its designee must approve any exceptions to this policy. Tardy Fees – After a student has accrued five unexcused tardies/early dismissals, a $25 charge will be placed on their account. A student returning from a home suspension may be charged a $25 re-registration fee. Supplemental Classes and Activities – to include Bible, Art, PE, Music, Computer, Spanish, Gymnastics, STEM and after school clubs. K-5th grade - $70/class per month per student 6th-8th grade - $80/class per month per student Intramurals – Athletics – Please see Financial Brochure for respective fees. Insurance additional fee. Parent transportation required.
