YOUR GUIDE TO THE HOME OF FORMULA 1® NIGHT RACING
We are thrilled to have you join us at one of Asia’s biggest motorsport and entertainment extravaganzas, the Formula 1 2018 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix! This 14th to 16th September, get ready for a breathtaking combination of sights, sounds and electric atmosphere at the Home of Formula 1® Night Racing. Enclosed is your ticket as well as some useful tips to help you make the most of your race weekend. GEAR UP Dress Code Smart casual attire is recommended. For your safety, we recommend that you avoid wearing flip-flops or uncovered shoes. SGP Log on to singaporegp.sg or download MOBILE APP the official Singapore GP mobile app (App Store/Google Play) for the most updated race and entertainment programme and information. Bag checks will be conducted at all ? gates. Pack light for a speedy clearance during the security screening. Guests are not permitted to bring in food or beverages. The hospitality experience includes meal services and an open bar.
For safety reasons, certain items are not permitted into the Circuit Park. These include: • Any bulky items such as folding chairs, bicycles and scooters • Remote controlled craft and drones • Corporate / brand-specific flags that are commercial in nature • Laser pointers • Pets • Articles prohibited by Singapore law such as fireworks, flares and weapons • Videography or photography equipment for professional use The items listed above are not exhaustive. A full list of prohibited items is listed in Clause 8 of the Conditions of Sale & Entry (www.singaporegp.sg/media/pdf/2018 _SGP_General_Terms_and_Conditions.pdf). TICKETING INFORMATION Ensure you have the correct ticket and lanyard for the corresponding day in addition to a wristband which will be issued upon entry to the hospitality suite facilities. Singapore GP Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with this rule. Tickets and wristbands are non-transferable for that particular day and must be displayed at all times. PATRONS WHO DO NOT WEAR AND PROMINENTLY DISPLAY THE CORRECT TICKET, LANYARD AND WRISTBAND AT ALL TIMES WILL BE ESCORTED OUT OF THE HOSPITALITY FACILITY.

Patrons who have entered the Circuit Park are deemed to have agreed and accepted that all sound and moving picture rights rest exclusively with Formula One World Championship Limited; any moving picture and image originated, filmed or recorded at the circuit shall not be used for commercial purposes, and is strictly for personal and private enjoyment only. Important information for patrons with children: • Any person under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised at all times by his or her parent/guardian. • Children under the age of 7 are required to have a signed indemnity agreement for admission into the Circuit Park. The indemnity form can be obtained from www.singaporegp.sg/media/pdf/ 2018_SGP_Indemnity_Form.pdf or at the gates. The signed indemnity form must be given to the staff at the gates prior to entry. • A valid ticket is required for entry into the Circuit Park for patrons of all ages.
CIRCUIT PARK INFORMATION Operating Hours O PE N Please note that all hospitality suites will be available to guests 30 minutes after the Circuit Park gates officially open, and will close 90 minutes after the end of the last track activity. The opening hours of the Circuit Park may differ daily and are subject to change. Updated information will be available at www.singaporegp.sg/eventguide from 1 September 2018. Smoking is not permitted in the hospitality suites and only allowed in designated zones. GETTING THERE As a street circuit, there will inevitably be a high volume of traffic around the Circuit Park. You are encouraged to take public transport to the Marina Bay Street Circuit. MRT Via Nicoll Highway MRT (Circle Line) Exit B to Gate 1. Taxi Temporary taxi stand created along Nicoll Highway, closer to The Concourse. Please take the overhead pass to Republic Boulevard to head to Gate 1. Self Drive • Park at The Concourse then cross Nicoll Highway via the overhead bridge to head to Gate 1. • Park at The Gateway then cross Ophir Road flyover and turn left into Republic Avenue to head to Gate 1. Kindly note that self drive parking options are at your own expense and subject to capacity.
