                  Virtual Satellite Symposium Guidelines and Application
The virtual XIX International Workshop on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (iwCLL) offers the opportunity
for industry-supported virtual satellite symposia (ISS) to be held in conjunction with its biennial meeting.
ISS play important roles in supporting the needs of iwCLL participants by offering additional educational
opportunities. The iwCLL program committee will review all educational topics and proposed speakers.
All ISS must be independent medical education programs (accreditation not required; no product
theaters will be allowed). The iwCLL committee encourages speakers/faculty not part of the program
agenda to be considered for the satellite symposium.

While all applications are considered, final approval is the decision of the iwCLL program committee.

iwCLL will not designate CME or CE credit for these programs. Those wishing to offer accredited education
must obtain accreditation from a source other than iwCLL.

Applications must include the names of commercial interests, whether proposed or secured. Applications should
be submitted to iwCLL@bioascend.com no later than 30 July 2021 to receive full consideration.

Please review the application instructions and rules and regulations carefully. The symposium must comply with
iwCLL policies.

Applications for the 2021 meeting are due by 30 July 2021. Review and assignment are first come, first served.
A $60,000 USD fee will be assessed for approved 60-minute slots.

The fee includes:
    • 60-minute symposium slot where faculty and presentations (live Q&A, ARS, polling) are livestreamed (not
        prerecorded presentations) during the best available preferred time and date
             o Additional on-demand content can be submitted prior to the satellite symposium
                    ▪ This content will not be broadcast during the 60-minute live symposium and will be
                         available as an additional resource to the livestreamed symposium
             o Audiovisual support of the livestreamed only (any additional audiovisual support will be billed
                directly to the provider/sponsor)

•   Satellite symposium to be hosted on the iwCLL conference platform as well as 90 days after the
       conference date
   •   Email distribution to delegates advertising sponsored symposium (HTML to be provided by sponsor)
   •   Listing of session title and faculty on the meeting website and iwCLL conference platform
   •   One digital file of the iwCLL preregistration and postconference delegate list
   •   Postsymposium metrics report

The fee does not include:
    • CME/CE certification/accreditation
