Zumba® Fitness...Super Saturday Class
Join me as I begin my 12th year teaching Zumba Fitness® classes. Are you ready to change the way you look at getting fit? Dance
has been found to better your mental & physical health. So get up and let's get MOVING!
How it works...Zumba Fitness is for everybody and EVERY body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together, to let
loose, and have a BLAST. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style,
calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often
called exercise in disguise.
Benefits...A total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted
energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Come to class anytime, no registration necessary.
When: Classes are the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of the month @ 10:30am (90 min Class)
