Welcome The British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons is delighted to invite you to participate in our annual Winter Scientific Meeting, taking place from 28 - 30 November 2018 at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, London. As the voice of plastic surgery in the UK, BAPRAS aims to raise awareness of the breadth of plastic surgery, to promote innovation in teaching, learning and research, and to increase overall understanding of the profession. Our Audience The BAPRAS Winter Scientific Meeting, one of two scientific meetings we run annually, regularly attracts in excess of four hundred delegates. Delegates are mainly based in the UK, although we attract a small number from Europe and further afield. The meeting is aimed at consultants, trainees, nurses and clinicians working in the field of plastic surgery although a small proportion of the audience are from allied specialties, such as ENT, general surgery and orthopaedics. Programme Abstract submissions are currently open and the programme committee will be meeting in early September to finalise the programme. The exhibition will be held in conjuction with the conference and will be
open from Wednesday 28 - Friday 30 November.
The exhibition is taking place in the Cambridge and Windsor Rooms, along
with catering for the event.
Exhibition space is purchased as ‘space only’.
The minimum space bookable is 2sqm.
Stand costs
£500+ VAT per sqm
Stand fee includes:
-Complimentary lunch and refreshments for stand staff (1 per two sqm)
-List of participants
-Company information included in conference guide and on website
-Access to one power point per 2sqm
-Clothed table and chairs if requiredAdditional Support Items (all items are exclusive of VAT) Programme Items Educational Support- Guest Lecturer sponsorship from £500 Sponsoring companies will support the overall cost of the keynote lectures, including costs relating to speaker expenses, room hire and AV. Sponsors will be acknowledged in the final programme, conference website and appropriate holding slide with the credit ‘Session/Lecture supported by...’ Poster presentation area sponsorship £2000 The sponsor’s logo and name will be included on all poster board signage, within the electronic interface and a credit placed in the programme, app and website. Delegate bag sponsorship If a company wishes to provide branded delegate bags, this is an option. We can distribute the bags from the registration desk. However, the bags must also include the BAPRAS logo. Costs are to be met by the company. Conference guide advertisement £200 plus advert Exhibitors are invited to place an advert into the printed conference guide. Advertisers should provide their own art work and sizing information will be sent on if this element is booked.
How to book To reserve your exhibition space or register interest in one of the sponsorship support items or packages, please complete and return the attached form to Catherine Gibbon - catherine.gibbon@bapras.org.uk Please note, no booking will be confirmed until payment is made in full. Bank details and invoices will be provided upon receipt of your booking form. Stand space selection When payment has been received, the exhibition room plan will be sent, in order for you to select your stand. Spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis.
