Terms
Please use the budget provided as an initial guide only. Rates are fixed for the details as stated
above. Any additional requirements and changes will be subject to additional costs. All
arrangements are subject to availability and supplier terms & conditions. Booking conditions will be
specified for each individual quote based on the preferences provided.
Accommodation
Cancellations made after Friday 13 July 2018 will incur a cancellation fee subject to supplier
cancellation policy.
Payment: Due upon check out. The hotel will keep a card will be kept on file for
incidentals and as guarantee
Flights
Quotes will need to be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving to guarantee price.
Flight cancellations of non- flexi fare tickets will forfeit the cost of the full fare. Alternatively, the
traveller is subject to any change fees or penalties that apply to changing the date of travel.

• Changes are permitted prior to the day of departure and are subject to a
change fee as well as any additional fare difference.

• On day of departure can change to earlier or later flight on same day, same
route with no change fee - only additional fare difference charged.

• Fully refundable. No refund fee if cancelled prior to departure.
