cate when checking in to the hotel. We believe this is a
more practical option than having to check certificates
every time a guest visits the restaurant, bar or well-

The Hauser family plans to keep the hotel open
in the spring of 2022. Likewise, the First gondo-
la wants to remain open in spring. Take ad-
vantage of the opportunity to enjoy the alpine
spring and flower-strewn meadows in Grindel-
wald. You can find offers for the season on the
website.
The first events are already planned for the summer:
JUNE
1st Mountainrun: on 25 June 2022. A unique moun-
tain run from Grindelwald up to the First.
JULY
10th Eiger Ultra Trail: from 15 to 17 July 2022. For
its 10th birthday, the Eiger Ultra Trail is giving itself
the «UNESCO Jungfrau-Aletsch Trail» over 250 km.
AUGUST
24th Eiger Bike Challenge: on 13 and 14 August
2022. An always breathtaking bike race in an impres-
sive mountain setting.
