Adult entertainment is an industry as old as time. It is estimated that
the net worth of the entire industry is as large as $100 billion.

2021 was also the year for cryptocurrency. The space has

CUMINU was created to improve the efficiency of transactions
between creators and fans. Similar to the goal of distributed networks,
CUMINU aims to reduce the need for intermediaries in such

interactions can take place.

It was created to liberate consumers from the inefficiencies from the

A BRIEF HISTORY OF

MAY 2021 TOKEN LAUNCH
In May 2021, CUMINU token was conceived on the Ethereum
blockchain with the aim of becoming the world’s leading provider of
paid adult content over the internet.
JUL 2021 V1 PLATFORM BETA
In July 2021, the first public beta of the first version of the platform,
codenamed “V1” was held. Hundreds of CUMINU investors
participated in successful rounds of live streams hosted by our
celebrity ambassadors.
AUG 2021 cummuniti DEVELOPMENT ECOSYSTEM REBRAND
In August 2021, the development of the second-generation of the
platform begun. This was codenamed V2. The CUMINU ecosystem
went through a rebrand, and the V2 has been named “cummuniti."

physical content. Users of the platform will get to buy videos, photos,
and merchandise sold by creators. Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) will
also be supported on the cummuniti platform.

Adult stars will regularly host live AMA sessions during community
events. Fans can interact with their favorite adult stars in real time via
live chat. Tipping and auctions will be fully supported.

blockchain on May 12 2021. The CUMINU-ETH pair was launched on
Uniswap, one of the largest decentralized cryptocurrency exchanges
in the world.

CUMINU TOKEN ERC-20
CUMINU is the parent token of the project. Investors looking to invest
in the platform’s enormous potential for growth should consider
buying CUMINU. Earnings from the cummuniti platform contribute
directly in the reduction of the supply of CUMINU token. This will
resemble stock buybacks. In effect, CUMINU will be deflationary.
cummuniti PLATFORM
The first version of the cummuniti platform has gone through multiple
rounds of successful tests. The second version of the platform,
codenamed “V2,” is currently under construction with highly
experienced developers.
We collect 10% of all tips paid out to content creators on the
cummuniti platform. These will be added to a pool, which will used in
a series of automatic buys of CUMINU token to be permanently
destroyed. The CUMINU smart contract allows tokens to be removed
entirely from the total supply, without the need to send any tokens to a
“dead wallet.”

We will be creating a “utility token” on the Binance Smart Chain to be
used as a currency on the platform. CUMINU token will not be used as
a tipping currency, although holders with certain amounts of CUMINU
will be eligible for exclusive benefits. The tipping currency, named
TIPINU, will act as a stable currency with a liquidity pool of $10 million.
This will protect TIPINU from high levels of price fluctuations. A 5%
transaction fee will be built into all transactions of TIPINU. This will go
directly to the CUMINU buyback pool.

ETHEREUM BLOCKCHAIN
The Ethereum Blockchain is arguably the most established
smart-contract blockchain in the cryptocurrency space.
Ethereum was a natural choice for CUMINU as it provides a
level of reliability that the development team was
comfortable with. Yet, before Ethereum 2.0 is released, the ERC-20
Proof-of-Work consensus mechanism remains expensive,
slow, and unviable for a currency that requires high transaction
speeds.
TIPINU was created with speed in mind. At the moment,
the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) will be able to support the
requirements of micro-transactions on the cummuniti
platform. The development team is constantly looking for
better alternatives to improve our infrastructure. As BEP-20
blockchain technology improves, we will consider better
alternatives. Possible candidates being discussed are Cardano,
Solana, ETH 2.0, as well as Algorand.

The burn mechanism of CUMINU relies on the entire cummuniti
ecosystem. Here’s how a cummuniti user will benefit from the
reduction in supply of CUMINU.
To participate on the CUMINU platform, users will have to connect
their cryptocurrency wallets. They could then make a purchase of
TIPINU from either the on-site swap, or directly from PancakeSwap. A
modest fee of 5% will be collected from each purchase of TIPINU. The
fee will then be sent to a buyback pool.
All transactions on the platform will be conducted in TIPINU. Users will
have to pay content creators with TIPINU for products or services.
10% of TIPINU will be taxed automatically from the revenue of content
creators and sent to the same buyback pool.
All TIPINU accrued in the buyback pool will then be used to buy
CUMINU from the open market to be permanently burned.

CUMINU token has already achieved remarkable success and it is still
only getting started. Within 90 days of the token launch, CUMINU has
built and launched a working streaming site that became a proof-of-
concept for the cummuniti platform.

the clock to ensure the vision of the project gets executed to
