Concurrent (Dual) Credit: A concurrent credit course is a single course for which students earn credit from their high school and from the college or university that administers the course. To receive credit for concurrent credit courses, a student must submit an official transcript from the college or university that administers the course. Concurrent credit courses listed on a high school transcript may be used to satisfy high school course expectations for admission consideration but are not an authoritative source for Purdue transfer credit. (*Please refer to drop/add calendar for final dates to make schedule adjustments.) Check now and verify you have no holds that prevent you from registering during your time ticket. o This is an example: o If you miss your time ticket, you must wait until open registration in mid-July to register for your classes.

MATH ADVANCED CREDIT EXAM HTTP://WWW.MATH.PURDUE.EDU/ACADEMIC/UNDERGRAD/CREDIT/ Math 16010 and 16020 are required for CIT. Fall 2017 exam schedule: Saturday, August 19 at 9:30 am - 11:30 am Saturday, August 19 at 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm Thursday, August 24 at 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm Sign up is electronic Exam Registration Registration closes 5 pm, Thursday, Aug. 17. Register for your credit exam before the deadline at: https://purdue.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_5vgElKFLcxnZsWx&Q_JFE=0 Form 231 required. A signed copy is in your STAR folder. You may obtain additional copies from your advisor if needed. Results will be submitted to the Office of the Registrar on the next business day. Oral Exam: If the student passes the written exam, the student will give a oral presentation on Thursday, August 24th. If you pass the written exam, you will be scheduled to give an oral presentation on Monday, August 21. The specific time, location, and presentation prompt for the Oral Exam will be given to students with their Written Exam results. For a list of topics covered on the written exam and sample questions, please consult the COM 114 Test Out Study Guide
