Downtown Oakville Message from the Chair Hello and thank you for taking an interest in our 2020/2021 Visit Oakville Guide! Oakville is beginning to reopen and we are so excited to welcome you all back to our beautiful lakeside town. This year is unlike many in our time, as travel and social interaction have been limited. Our Visitor Centre is closed for the time being, but we have plenty of other resources to help you navigate Oakville safely and responsibly. Though our regularly scheduled events are on hold, you can still explore all the incredible things that Oakville has to offer; Extensive trail systems, a vibrant food scene, rich history and an active arts community. Each page in this guide will feature the bucket list items everyone should experience during their time in Oakville, whether you are being a tourist in your own town, taking a day trip or spending the weekend away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
