         The 18th Century Bull’s Head Hotel is situated in a picturesque part of
 Chislehurst, centrally located for accessibility, with its own private garden and car park.
         The newly refurbished function rooms can accommodate from as few as
               15 to 180 people and make ideal venues for events such as:
           Weddings, Family Celebrations, Christenings, Naming Ceremonies,
           After Funeral Gatherings, Private Parties and Corporate Functions

                              Civil ceremonies
      Our cocktail bar, restaurant and ballroom are all licensed to hold civil ceremonies.
     You will be required to pay a fee for the registration team to attend your ceremony.
               There is a nominal fee of £100 for you to hold your service here.

                                 The ballroom
Our garden bar and ballroom are the perfect location for your special day, holding a maximum
             of 100 people for dining and 180 guests for your evening reception.
       The cocktail bar opens onto a private patio area providing an excellent location
  for reception drinks - weather permitting! We have disabled access into our cocktail bar.
   Our recently refurbished function room is fully air-conditioned and is self-contained with
 its own, entrance, private bar, dance floor and cloakroom facilities, including baby changing
facilities and a disabled toilet. The cocktail bar and ballroom have a full entertainment licence
                                 for all bands or DJ’s until midnight.

                                             Directions
The Bull’s Head Hotel is located just 10 minutes
within the M25 (exit 3) and 25 minutes from
central London, in an exclusive part of chislehurst
bordering on the picturesque Kent countryside.

From the M25, turn off at exit 3, onto A20
towards central London. After 5 miles take
A222 signposted Sidcup and Chislehurst.
At the top of the slip road, turn left at the
roundabout onto the A222, and continue on the
road to the traffic lights at the war memorial.
Turn left at the traffic lights and the Bull’s Head
Hotel is located on the right at the end of the
Royal Parade of shops.
                                            Hotel rooms
The Bull’s Head Hotel has fifteen recently refurbished bedrooms, all en suite, with a mix of
double and twins rooms available. Our feature room includes a four poster bed, a roll top bath,
double shower and a mini bar. Any wedding guests staying at the hotel on a saturday night can
stay on the sunday night at a reduced rate. We have free wifi available in all the rooms as well as
plasma tv screens, free sky tv, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and
hairdryers.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING - A written or verbal confirmation from the client to proceed with the event will be
taken as acceptance of our quotation and terms and conditions.
NUMBERS - All prices quoted are for a specific number of guests and any changes to the numbers given will affect
the menu price. Confirmation of final numbers is to be given at least three days prior to the event. Any decrease in
numbers after this time cannot be accepted and the full charge will be made. If no guaranteed number is provided
then the number of persons for which the event was originally booked will be charged for.
CANCELLATION - Cancellation charges of 10% are payable for the cancellation of any event which has been confirmed
by the client within one month of the event. Within 7 days we will endeavour to minimise the overall charge but reserve
the right to levy certain costs as appropriate. If you cancel once your deposit has been paid your deposit is non-refund-
able unless we re sell the room – In which case we will refund your deposit less a cancellation fee of £50.00 to cover our
administration costs.
DEPOSIT - The Bull’s Head requires a deposit within 2 weeks of a provisional booking being made. This deposit will be
the full cost of the room hire charge. Please make cheques payable to Young & Co’s Brewery plc.
PAYMENT - Settlement of the function quote is due in full no later than 4 weeks prior to the function; all extra accrued
costs are to be settled within 28 days of invoice. Please make cheques payable to Young & Co’s Brewery plc.
HOTEL ROOMS - All hotel rooms must be confirmed within 4 weeks prior to the function. Any rooms not confirmed
 by then can be sold to people not attending your function.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY - The Bull’s Head will not be responsible for any damages caused to the premises due to
neglect or default of the client or their guests.
BREAKAGES - Any breakages, damage or loss of hired equipment may be charged by the Bull’s Head to the client at
the full replacement cost.
FORCE MAJEURE - If for any reason beyond its control, but not limited to strike, labour dispute, accident, act of war/
terrorism, act of god, fire, flood or other emergency conditions the bull’s head is unable to perform its obligation under
this agreement such non-performance is excused and the Bull’s Head may terminate this agreement without further
liability of any nature upon the return of the deposit paid. In no event shall the Bull’s Head be liable for consequential
damages of any nature or any reason whatsoever.
MENUS - Please note that all food and drinks served during a function will carry a 12.5% service charge. The Bull’s Head
reserves the right to substitute alternative food and drink of a similar quality if the items shown on the menu cannot
be conveniently obtained. Any such changes where practical will be discussed with the client. All prices are subject to
change without prior notice.
DISPLAYED FOOD ITEMS - Any displayed food items (i.e. Buffets) will only be left on display for a maximum of two
and a half hours due to health and safety regulations. Any unused food items cannot be removed from the premises.
MUSIC AND HOURS - Due to our licensing laws we are not allowed to open our french doors onto the patio area
whilst music is being played. We are licensed until midnight; therefore all disc jockeys and bands have to vacate our
premises by 12.45am latest. Please ensure that all invitations sent state “carriages at 12.30am”.
MINIMUM NUMBERS - Saturdays in April until end of September and throughout December we request a minimum
spend of£3,000 – this does not include any drinks purchased from the bar. Our finger buffets cannot be served as a
meal for guests attending you wedding. At least 70% of total evening guests attending your wedding must have a
buffet meal.
