Wedding Receptions... Located on the beautiful Noosa River, Pier Eleven provides an idyllic location to celebrate your special day with friends & family. With a local reputation for delicious food & excellent service let us take care of everything so you can just enjoy your day!! Pier 11 is a modern, versatile venue that can accommodate intimate groups of up to 80 guests in either of our private function areas or we can provide complete access to the restaurant for receptions of up to 120. There is also plenty of room for live music, DJs, dancing, photo booths.... The entire venue drinks in the views of the beautiful Noosa River and can be opened up to the fresh air via our large glass doors or completely closed depending on weather conditions. Pier 11 is fully air conditioned or heated in winter!! Why not treat your guests to a cruise on the Noosa Queen or Noosa Ferry after the ceremony? Thinking of something really special? How about your own personal fireworks display, photo booth or live band?? These are just a few ideas that can help make your day extra special!! Pier 11 Terms & Conditions... In order to secure your preferred date a $500 security deposit is required; please note a booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit is received. Additional charges may be applied if a lot of the decoration is to be done by Pier 11 staff. This will be negotiated during planning. The security deposit will be refunded following the event assuming no excess cleaning costs or wilful damages. Menu choices can be finalised 4 weeks prior to your date and guests numbers must be finalised 10 days prior to your wedding date. Once the number of guests have been finalised that is the number of guests that will be charged for regardless of attendance and/or circumstance. Payment for the food portion of your event must be paid in full 7 days prior to your scheduled date. Payment for the beverage portion may be settled on the day. Payments can be made via Cash, Bank Transfer, eftpos or Credit Card (AMEX 2.5% Surcharge, Visa/MC 1.5%). A minimum of 70 guests &/or a minimum spend of $7000 is required to ensure exclusive use of the entire venue Monday to Friday. Exclusive use of the entire venue on a Saturday or Sunday requires a minimum spend of $11,000. Events under 70 guests will be able to choose which private room is preferred. Events in excess of 80 guests may require hired function chairs & the entire venue. Minimum spends do not apply to receptions only utilising one area of the venue. In the event of a cancellation a minimum of 3 months notice is required in order for a refund of the deposit to be considered. The amount refunded will be dependant upon the amount of plan- ning hours that have already been undertaken. If less than 3 months notice of cancellation is provided the function client may be liable for a cancellation fee of between 50 & 100% of the quoted function cost. Entertainment (DJs, Bands, etc.) must be wound up by 10pm on weekdays & 11pm on weekends due to noise restrictions in the area, the venue must be cleared of all guests no later than 11:30pm. Our Staff comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and reserve the right to refuse service to any guests showing signs of excessive intoxication. As we are a fully licensed venue BYO is not permitted. Damage sustained to the venue or hire equipment as a direct result of an attendee is the responsibility of the function client. Pier 11 does not accept responsibility for damage to or loss of any property left during the course of or following the completion of the function. Naturally, we will of course do our best to ensure the security of any forgotten personal effects at the venue. To confirm your intention to proceed please sign this form & return via scanned copy through email (nicole@pier11.com.au) or drop off at Pier 11 addressed to Nicole Anderson. Once we have received your signed copy, we will commence formal planning. This will involve on-going communications confirming details relating to food choices, decoration, entertainment etc as required ensuring your success on this memorable day.
