Reception Venues Book your wedding reception at one of our spectacular venues and receive a discounted ceremony package. The Royal Poinciana The Royal Poinciana Room offers an elegant and spacious atmosphere overlooking the golf course and seats a maximum of 180 guests for dinner. As an alternative, this venue is also ideal for cocktail functions, catering for up to 200 guests. Booking condition: Minimum 50 guests. Videre Restaurant Videre takes dining to a whole new level. Located on level 21 of the resort, the restaurant offers unparalleled views of the Hinterland and Coast with European inspired menus of innovative creations and mouth watering flavours. Booking conditions: Minimum 50 guests. Additional conditions apply. Ceremony Locations Royal Pines Resort Chapel Nestled into our lush landscape is the resort’s beautiful wedding chapel, one of a kind in Queensland. Our chapel is finished in Australian timbers and Italian marble floors, stained glass windows capture natural light and create an intimate and romantic mood with a seating capacity of 100 guests. Royal Pines Garden The gardens at RACV Royal Pines Resort offer a unique outdoor alternative and a stunning backdrop for your wedding photography with a beautiful outlook to our resort lakes. Your garden ceremony will be framed by an elegant aisle, guest seating, and registry table complete with floral display.
Ceremony Packages The perfect venue for your special occasion, the resort’s own chapel is surrounded by superbly landscaped gardens and sparkling lakes. There are numerous picturesque locations around the resort offering ideal settings to celebrate your wonderful union. Midweek Ceremony (Monday-Thursday) $1500 Weekend Ceremony (Friday-Sunday) $2000 Includes the following: • Red carpet aisle • Registration table and 2 chairs • Fresh floral arrangement for your signing table • Chapel – pew seating • Sound system for iPod available • Outside ceremony – 40 white Americana chairs • Use of the resort’s grounds, lobby and reception areas for photographs • Dedicated wedding coordinator • Chapel or other nominated location as a wet weather alternative for outdoor ceremonies • Complimentary ceremony rehearsal • 8 floral pew / chair ends • Single faced chiffon draped arbour with ribbon ties • Special accommodation rates for wedding guests •Complimentary wedding buggies for bridal party (maximum 5) Optional extras: • White carpet • Giant love letters • Giant lawn games Prices based on availability and subject to change.
