PACKAGES UPON REQUEST
CONSTANCE HOTELS & RESORTS guarantees to have no more than one wedding per day per hotel. Consequently, all packages are only available on request basis and the wedding day
must be confirmed by the hotel and Central Reservation Office.
The Wedding Package is also applicable for “Renewal of Vows” over all hotels.
LEGAL DOCUMENTS
1. Personal information minimum 3 weeks prior to the wedding date:
• Passport photocopy for both bride and groom.
• Birth certificate for both bride and groom.
• Copy of divorce certificate (in case one of the parties has been married before).
2. Couple must arrive to the destination (Mauritius / Seychelles / Maldives / Madagascar) three days (week days) prior to the wedding date.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ABOVE MENTIONED PACKAGES
1. Clients will have to provide a voucher specifying “CHR Wedding Package Offer + name of the package” + details mentioned above.
2. All information and rates mentioned on this document are subject to change without prior notice.
3. All rates are NET and non-commissionable, inclusive of VAT / GST and service charge. Validity : 01st November 2020 - 06th January 2022.
4. Any other requirements for the function are to be arranged prior to arrival and on a request basis.
5. Reservation should be confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival with full payment of the event.
6. In Maldives & Madagascar: The Ceremony is not legally binding. In Seychelles and Mauritius: all civil formalities should be organized with your local
DMC.
7. If any of the items listed above are not utilized, no refund will be made.
8. The location of wedding or dinner will be subject to prevailing weather conditions on the day.
9. Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
10. Wedding package is not combinable with Honeymoon / Wedding Anniversaries Gifts.
CANCELLATIONS
Should there be a cancellation; the hotel must be notified as early as possible, however, no later than specified below:
• 4 - 14 days before arrival : a cancellation penalty charge amounting to 50% of the wedding package fee.
• 3 days before wedding day : will be charged at 100% of the wedding package fee.
