GENERAL INFORMATION

The race venue, the hotels and the railway stations are
situated in Milan. It’s a 30 minute drive from the airport, 1h
20m drive from Turin, a 2h 30m drive from Bardonecchia. On
their arrival the athletes should meet at the Race Office at
Fiera Milano City, Largo Domodossola 1 (Domodossola Fiera
Gate) for the accreditation.
Taxis are available at the airports (the taxi fare from Milano
Linate Airport is about 30€, from Malpensa Airport is about
80€), or if you need, you can rent a car directly at the
airport.
The city centre can be reached also by train or bus. MILANO
MALPENSA: the railway station is located just few metres
from the air terminal. The Malpensa Express train takes 40
minutes from the Airport to Cadorna Station, with departures
every 30 minutes (from 6:00 to 1:30). Once in Cadorna take
either the Metro Red Line 1 direction Molino Dorino, stopping
at “Amendola Fiera” or take tram line no. 27, whose terminal
is in Piazza VI Febbraio, very close to the race field. MILANO
LINATE: Every 10 minutes (from 5:35 to 00:35) bus line no.
73 from the Airport (outside the National Arrivals Lounge) to
its terminal in the city centre in Piazza San Babila. From
there then take the Metro Red Line 1 direction Molino Dorino,
stopping at “Amendola Fiera”.

TRAVEL FROM MALPENSA AIRPORT TO FIERA MILANO CITY
From the Airport Malpensa 2000 follow the SS336 street towards “Milano, Varese, Autostrade,
Busto Arsizio” for 15 kms
Pass close to Gallarate and Busto Arsizio
Take the exit towards “Milano, Como, Chiasso”
Turn right, take the motorway A8, passing close to Legnano and Rho, for 27 kms
Exit “Milano Nord” towards CENTRO
Take Cavalcavia Del Ghisallo for 500 m
Take Viale Alcide De Gasperi for 1.1 kms
Turn left, Viale Renato Serra for 700 m
Turn right, Viale Certosa for 400 m
Go through Piazza Firenze for 100 m
Straight down Corso Sempione for 700 m
Turn right, Via Domodossola for 300 m
At the end of the street there is Largo Domodossola, 1
TRAVEL FROM LINATE AIRPORT TO FIERA MILANO CITY
From the Airport take Via Traversi for 500 m, following the signs for the “SP15B” street
Turn left into the “SP15B” street, passing close to Segrate, for 8.5 kms
Take Viale Enrico Forlanini towards SAN SONATO for 200 mt
Continue along Viale Enrico Forlanini for 1 km
Go straight Viale Corsica for 1.1 km
Continue along Corso 22 Marzo for 1.3 km
Turn left, Piazza Cinque Giornate for 100 m
Turn right, Viale Bianca Maria for 600 m
Go through Piazza del Tricolore for 100 m
Continue along Viale Luigi Majno for 700 m
Turn left, Bastioni di Porta Venezia for 700 m
Go through Piazza della Repubblica for 200 m
Straight down Viale Monte Santo for 100 m
Go through Piazzale Pincipessa Clotilde for 200 m
Take Bastioni di Porta Nuova for 300 m
Turn right, Piazza 25 Aprile for 100 m
Straight down Viale Crispi for 300 m
Turn left, Bastioni di Porta Volta for 300 m
Go through Piazzale Biancamano and Piazza Lega Lombarda for 200 m
Turn right, Viale Elvezia for 300 m
Turn right, Viale Giulio Douhet for 100 m
Go straight Via Francesco Melzi D’Eril for 500 m
Turn right, Corso Sempione for 800 m
Turn left, Via Domodossola for 300 m
At the end of the street there is Largo Domodossola, 1
RACE VENUE: Fiera Milano City, Largo Domodossola 1, Milano
CAR RENTAL: At the airport you will have the possibility to rent a car with Hertz.
ACCOMMODATION: The rates are of 50 CHF (35 Euros) per day per team member for lodging,
breakfast and dinner, and 70 CHF for additional officials or accompanying persons.
HOTELS: the hotel is situated nearby the race venue.
RACE OFFICE: close to the Race Field.

MEALS: During the race day the lunch will be on your charge, but we will offer you special rates
for meals, hospitality will be provided by the O.C. Milano between Qualifications and Finals.
TEAM CAPTAIN’S MEETING: feb 04th h.10.00 at service centre, nearby the race field
LIABILITY AND ACCIDENT INSURANCE: All athletes, officials and other members of national
associations who attend and participate in this event do so at their own risk. The organizing
committee shall not be responsible for any losses or injuries incurred or suffered in conjunction
with the organizing or staging of the event. All athletes must have previously signed the “FIS
Athletes Declaration” form in order to register.
Every competitor must have his/her own medical coverage. The organizing committee, Sponsors,
Suppliers and the FIS decline any responsibility for accidents, damaged equipment and second and
third party claims during the event.
