Consider Dunbro Lane issues of The new fencing along the field adjacent to the culvert is not planted with hedging in drainage, fencing and hedging order to facilitate the optimum efficiency of the flood management measures which were put in place. The fencing itself is stock-proof and is fully compliant with the approved design. The mature hedging which was requested on the other side of the road at the top of Dunbro Lane has been planted. 6. Local Area Plan The development of the St Margarets Special Policy and the Local Area Plan are being managed by FCC; however daa is happy to discuss, should any residents wish to meet with daa 9. Update on 32m passenger CAP pre- daa wrote to An Bord Pleanála (ABP) to commence 2 the pre-consultation process. This consultation between daa and ABP process is ongoing to determine the application process for addressing the 32mppa cap.
North Runway Update • Construction Package 1 complete • Construction Package 2 competitive dialogue well underway, and mobilisation scheduled for Q4 • Planning application for entrance to compensatory habitat being lodged this week • Condition 18, Road Safety Audits, has been discharged • Consultants for insulation surveys have been appointed and contact with participants has commenced 3
Runway 10/28 Overlay and Associated Taxiways • Works completed on Taxiways B7, E6, E5, E4 and E3 • Overlay of Runway 10/28 is 95% complete • 320 shifts worked on the project up to end of March 2018; 58 shifts cut short and 34 shifts cancelled due to low visibility procedures/wind or other operational reasons • Project will continue to end of May due to weather disruption • Works will take place every Saturday for the months of April & May, 2018. Stats: • 350,942 hours worked on the project • 99,000 tonnes of asphalt laid to date • 54,764 metres of ducting laid • 1,772 no. electrical pits installed Since project started 16-34 Movements % (as of 02/02/2018) Total 16-34 9,850 Movements 16 Movements 7,215 73.2% 34 Movements 2,635 26.8% 4
Dublin Airport Update • Dublin Airport had its busiest March on record despite Storm Emma. Almost 2.3m passengers travelled through the airport last month, a 3% increase over last year • More than 6m passengers have travelled through the airport in the first three months, a 4% increase when compared to last year. We have welcomed 248,500 additional passengers in the first quarter of 2018 • Hainan Airlines will launch a new year-round service from Dublin to Beijing starting on June 12 • Dublin Airport’s fire alarm app won the Innovation in Technology and Systems Award at the Facilities Management Awards. The new app helps airport fire responders quickly locate any one of the 14,000 fire alarms on site across both terminals • daa in partnership with ESB has installed 268 solar panels on top of the airport’s reservoir system which will provide more than half of the reservoir’s annual energy requirements • The solar farm is part of an energy agreement between daa and ESB to achieve an overall target of 33% reduction energy consumption at the airport by 2020 5

Community Fund Update • Community Fund opened for applications on February 1st for six weeks. • 69 applications were received, 3 from the St Margarets area • Grant Making Panel met on 11th April • Successful applicants will be notified within next two weeks • Cheques will be presented in early May 7
