Perfectly located along a 200 yard stretch of pristine beach on the easternmost Coast of the Dominican Republic in Uvero Alto, Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana is an
intimate sanctuary of supreme relaxation integrated with nature. This resort offers Endless Privileges®, which provide guests with limitless access to the majority
of all services and amenities that include 96 ultra-luxurious suites situated throughout the beautifully-manicured gardens, gourmet à la carte restaurants, bars and
lounges, complimentary horseback riding and in-suite private dining. The resort also features a luxurious spa complete with elite products and an extensive menu

This package is in addition to Endless Privileges® and is complimentary when booking ten rooms for a minimum of three nights each. The complimentary wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages or combined with The Art of Romance Honeymoon package
to receive both complimentary. Price and package are subject to change without notice. Restrictions/exclusions may apply. All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance of the wedding date, unless approved by the wedding coordinator at the resort.
Subject to availability & double occupancy only. This package also applies for a vow renewal ceremony. Surcharges may apply for minister and legal services. If room requirements are not met, items from the package can be purchased at a la carte pricing provided by the resort. Please note
restrictions apply when combining the complimentary wedding package with groups programs.
Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within six months of the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within six months of the wedding date the wedding cannot be canceled without the penalty. The cancellation penalty is $100.

PRE-WEDDING VISIT PACKAGE
Zoetry Resorts & Spas offer special rates for wedding couples wanting to visit the resort before booking their destination wedding. Couples experience ceremony
set-ups, reception options and romantic amenities to visualize the big day!
COUPLE’S EXPERIENCE:
P RIVATE SITE I NSP ECTI O N: Wedding couples receive a personal site inspection of the resort to help choose ceremony and
reception location options.
ONE-O N-O NE: All questions are answered in a private meeting with the resort’s wedding coordinator to ensure the couple’s vision for
the wedding day is realized.
RE CEIVE CR ED I T : After the site inspection, the couple receives a credit towards wedding extras for the wedding events, bachelorette/
bachelor party or the honeymoon if they book within 30 days of the return date.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Wedding couple can obtain this special rate by contacting their travel agent, tour operator or hotel directly for the couple to be eligible for the credits. All on-site meetings and site inspection dates and times must be confirmed with the wedding coordinator
in advance of travel.
Resort Credit:
If wedding date is booked within 30 days of return date, the couple will receive: • $500 credit for wedding extras (for groups with minimum 45 room nights cumulative)
If the couple books their honeymoon within 30 days of return date, the couple will receive: • $100 credit to use towards their stay (minimum seven night stay).
If couple books a bachelor/bachelorette party, the couple will receive: • $200 credit to use towards their stay (minimum nine room nights cumulative).
If Love at First Site program is originally booked through a travel agent, the couple will only be eligible for this credit if the wedding, honeymoon or bachelor/bachelorette party is booked through the same agent.

Documentation required by the Dominican Law in order to get married in the Dominican Republic. The following are all the documentation
required by Dominican Law in order to get married in the Dominican Republic.
Requirements:
• Birth Certificate of Bride(s) and Groom(s) or certified copy of Birth Certificate. If parents' names are not shown on the certificates, please
indicate them separately.
• Notarized Declaration of Single Status for the Bride(s) and Groom(s). If previously married, submit two copies of the Divorce Decree or Death
Certificate. There is a mandatory waiting period for women, ten months before they are legally allowed to remarry.
• A photocopy of Bride(s) and Groom(s)’ Passport (or documents used to enter the DR).
• Photocopies of all Witnesses Passports. Cannot be family members. If necessary, resort will provide witnesses.
• Bride(s) and Groom(s) must be in the country three business days prior to the wedding.
All documents must be translated and legalized by the Dominican Consulate prior to arriving in the Dominican Republic, except for the Passports.
The documents should be legalized by the Dominican Consulate no more than three months prior to the wedding date. It is the couple's
responsibility to have all the documentation ready prior to the wedding. The Judge is an outside service provided by the Dominican Government.
We cannot be held responsible for any delay or alteration. The Judge will duly register your Wedding Certificate at the Central Civil Board and
legalize it with the Foreign Affairs Department of the Dominican Republic. We will then send the Wedding Certificate to the couple via mail which
may take up to 10-12 weeks. **The Dominican Republic and the U.S.A. are members of the La Hague Convention, please have your official
documents APOSTILLED by your Secretary of State Office. Obtaining an apostille is simple and fast, an apostille is an authentication issued on
official documents in order to ensure their international validity. It is an attachment to the document.
The apostille on your official documents is mandatory for your wedding in the dominican republic. all official documents are to be apostilled
by your secretary of state, including the notary’s signature on your single status forms. it is your responsibility to obtain apostilles and send
them with your documents.
The Civil Wedding is celebrated in Spanish. If necessary, Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana will provide English, French or German translators with an
additional charge.
