Covid – 19 Management Plan *This Management Plan is a live document and will be revised regularly as federal and state legislation is updated. Plan Completed by: Raki Sakaria-Cecil Approved by: David Tolman (Executive Director – Fresh Hope Venues) Version 2021.6 Dated 06/01/2021
This Document should be read in conjunction with: Covid-19 Management Plan Site Risk Management Plan version 2020.1 The purpose of this document is to provide readers with a framework of how The Tops Conference Centre plans to navigate its operations in a Covid-19 environment. The Tops recognises the importance of camping and temporary community and the benefits it provides both mentally and physically. The Tops is committed to protecting all staff and guests from the risk of transmission and ensuring a safe environment for all stakeholders. However, due to the dynamic nature of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the responses from governmental bodies, the restrictions on our operations may change more quickly than this framework can be updated. As a result, we encourage all stakeholders to closely consider current public health guidelines before visiting our site. Please note, The NSW Department of Education in partnership with NSW Health allow school children not to adhere to social distancing restrictions while in a school environment. There is currently no clear advice from Government health bodies that this is also the case in a camping environment. Once this is addressed and Industry guidelines are made available, this document will be updated accordingly. Written with reference to the following Industry and Government documentation: 1 Australian Camps Association and Christian Venues Association “Covid-19 Guidance Document for Camps” 2 Outdoor Council of Australia (OCA) Framework for Rebooting Outdoor Activities in a Covid-19 Environment 3 https://www.safeworkaustralia.gov.au/collection/covid-19-resource-kit 4 https://www.health.gov.au/news/health-alerts/novel-coronavirus-2019-ncov-health-alert The Tops Conference Centre Covid-19 Risk Management plan Version 2021.6 06/01/2021 2
