Our team of professionals will work with you and your Wedding Planner to orchestrate the details according to your specifications. With over 15 years experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, our Executive Chef, Daniel Crocco has adopted a unique and original culinary vision that will surely make your day even more personal. FOOD, PRESENTATION, SOURCING • A creative passion for food is the philosophy of Mill House Brewing Company with a focus on using small Hudson Valley purveyors to provide the freshest local foods. Chef Crocco utilizes the best of the region to create unique, nostalgic menus that reflect the innovative and creative nature that has become the hallmark of Mill House Brewing Company. PRICING • Our Traditional Wedding Celebration menu is created to make your special day easier and more enjoyable. It includes food & beverage pricing for a 5-hour wedding celebration. Our pricing does not include day of labor, rentals if applicable, 10% administrative fee (not a gratuity), NYS Sales Tax and any additional gratuities you wish to add for Maître d’ and banquet staff. CATERING COORDINATION • Mill House Brewing Company will work directly with you coordinating all details from tent and party rentals, linens, menu structure and flow. All events are executed with your Wedding Planner, so we are ready to take care of your guest’s every need. The Maître d will orchestrate all aspects from cocktail hour, toasts, timing, and coordination with your Wedding Planner. LIABILITY LIQUOR INSURANCE AND WORKER’S COMPENSATION • Mill House Brewing Company carries full liquor liability and substantial worker’s compensation. SERVICE STAFF • Mill House Brewing Company’s professional banquet staff members are dedicated to pleasing and assisting you and your guest’s every need. WEDDING CAKE CREATIONS • A stunning tiered cake of your choice with your choice of design and flavor. Fondant cakes are available at an additional cost. Is MHBC willing to travel for an event? *Children’s menu available upon request* Mill House Brewing Company will travel anywhere within a 50-mile radius, however if your event falls outside that radius, please let us know and we can see if we would be able to accommodate your event. How do you charge for vendor meals? Outside vendors are charged at half price.
