                                     HISTORY
                                     One Roof was founded in 2012 through the merger of
                                     Neighborhood Housing Services (founded in 1983) and Northern
                                                                                                           Design: Cassandra Houston

                                     Communities Land Trust (founded in 1991). Together we offer
                                     the community 60 years of experience in providing housing
                                     services and building and sustaining affordable homes and
                                     healthy neighborhoods.

                                              In 2018, One Roof’s Lending program closed 133 loans totaling

                                              $2,288,669.68. This was a record year for One Roof Lending. One Roof
                                              lent out $1,300,030 in loans at-market-rate interest rates. And provided
                                              $926,868.49 in forgivable loans, deferred 0% interest loans, or loans with
                                              below-market-rate interest rates to individuals who could otherwise not
                                              afford a paying loan at market rate.

                                      of 2019. Me Lily the little girl in this video is still in her own room
                                      which is me lol and I am turning 12 years old as of April 2019. I
                                      am also at this age in 6th grade I’m invited to a older basketball
                                      camp!And my little brother Luke he is turning 11 years old as of
                                      June 2019. We also have two new additions of the family one of
                                      them is Bella she was born in December of 2014 so she is going
                                      to preschool this year! She also loves soccer and basketball!
                                      And in 2018 December our new little girl named Isla it’s the start
                                      of island and it sounds like the start of Iloveyou. Also my Mom
                                      is currently a wonderful mom all my life and always will be. And
