Girl Scout Cookies Are Coming!
Girl Scouts will Climb with Courage by participating in the 2022 Girl Scout Cookie Program. It will be a “koala-ty”
season with the cuddly koala mascot and a new cookie! In August, Girl Scouts of the USA revealed the new cookie,
Adventurefuls—an indulgent, brownie-inspired cookie with caramel flavored crème and a hint of sea salt!
Product programs are a great way for girls to learn valuable life skills and troops can fund Girl Scout experiences.
With safety as the highest priority, there are flexible participation options, including online only sales that involve
no physical money collection or in-person contact. Customers have the option to order and pay online and can
have products shipped directly or girl delivered.
To participate, submit the Product Program Intent Form
at GirlScoutsNebraska.org under Cookies & Nuts.

New Uniforms Coming for K-5 Girl Scouts
For the first time in 20 years, Girl Scouts is launching new uniforms for Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors!
While preserving the traditional color schemes and designs, the updated Girl Scout uniforms—the sash, vest, and
tunic—are composed of 40% recycled materials. Input from Girl Scouts and families led to the introduction of
sustainable elements in the collection!
A new upcycling program will transform unused products into aprons, pillows, totes, and crossbody bags available
for purchase online and at Juliette’s Boutiques.
Inspired by classic designs from the '90s and updated with modern flair for today’s girls, the new color-coordinated
apparel and accessory collection makes it fun and easy to mix, match, and create the perfect wardrobe.
From denim jackets and oversized T-shirts to knee socks and scrunchies, we’ve rebooted yesterday’s trends to fit
the new generation of Girl Scouts. Coming soon to a Juliette’s Boutique near you!

The "I Spy" Edition
We’re putting a new spin on artVenture this year, and we
think you are going to LOVE it! Groups of Girl Scouts will
work with a local artist (or an “artsy” adult volunteer) to
create a piece of art that will be donated and displayed
at one of our Girl Scout camps. Throughout the summer,
visitors can explore the pieces as part of a statewide “I
Spy” Art Challenge!
Girls in the Omaha area will be able to choose the new
“I Spy” artVenture experience, a traditional artVenture
collaboration, or both!
Get details on our website and sign up by December 1 to
participate.

Introducing New
        VTK Tools
You spoke, and we listened. Volunteers, girls,
and families have shared their thoughts on
the process for earning Girl Scout badges—
and we made a few important changes in the
new badges that rolled out this summer.
✓ New badge booklets include a volunteer
guide to help troop leaders plan and share
          badges with the troop.
✓ Badge booklets include pages that can be
          printed and used during activities.
✓ The enhanced Volunteer Toolkit (VTK)
now includes full badge overviews, new
          communication tools, and activities that
are easier to follow and lead.
