Councilmember Madison Davis New Health Order came out earlier today, takes effect 5/4, with some easing of restrictions: https://www.smcgov.org/press-release/regional-shelter-place-orders- extended-some-rules-ease Extends the current Shelter-in-Place order through 5/31. Construction can resume, but must meet certain Construction Safety Protocols All real estate transactions will also now be able to resume, but with continued restrictions on open houses and limitations on in-person viewings. Landscapers and gardeners are now allowed. Can recreate up to 10 miles away from your residence instead of 5. Social distancing and face covering requirements still in effect.
