General Information • Open enrollment is November 1 – 29. • Any rate changes will begin with your December check, with plan changes effective Jan 1, 2020. • Retirees may not enroll in health or dental after retirement. Open enrollment is an opportunity to update existing benefits. • Retirees may terminate health or dental coverage at any time. Once coverage is terminated, it may not be reinstated. • If you want to keep the same coverage you had in 2019, no action is needed. You will be enrolled in the comparable plan under Optima Health.
