    footage available for purchase after the event. If you intend to fly your personal drone
    during this event, please consult with the Cumbes & Toltec Airforce (Roger Hogan &

      As stated in the CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS (CFR); 14 CFR 107.39, no
       person may operate a small unmanned aircraft over a human being unless-
       (a) That human being is directly participating in the operation of the small unmanned
       aircraft;
       (b) That human being is located under a covered structure or inside a stationary vehicle
       that can provide reasonable protection from a falling small unmanned aircraft; or
       (c) The operation meets the requirements of at least one of the operational categories
       specified in subpart D of this part.
      Drones also cannot overfly trains but can fly around the train.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
   Due to the nature of equipment scheduled for use during this event, unpredictability of
    forces of nature, and the need to adhere to all FRA safety and operational regulations, the
    Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad reserves the right to cancel any part of any of the
    scheduled events. Participants will not be offered a refund or credit for any
    circumstances.

Per TSA requirements, Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad guests are required to wear masks in
 public areas which include ticket offices, gift shops, restrooms, and train cars that have roofs,
  windows, and doors with some or all windows closed. Guests DO NOT have to wear masks
outdoors, in open-air gondola cars, open platforms between train cars, or in cars that have ALL
  windows open. We will continue to follow all federal, state, and local safety guidelines. In
 accordance with CDC guidelines, we encourage masks to be worn by individuals who are not
                                        fully vaccinated

   Plenty of Free Events Open to Public to Celebrate Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad’s 50th
Anniversary; Specialty Tickets Sold Out but Regularly Scheduled C&TSRR Departures Still Available

 The Victorian Iron Horse Roundup will feature two 1875 steam locomotives from Nevada, the
 Eureka and the Glenbrook, and they will be joined by our own recently restored 1883 engine
   No. 168 and engine No. 425 (315). All four steam locomotives will pull historic consists of
passenger and freight cars, creating living images that have not been seen on this planet for 140
