A 5-STAR GREEN STAR COMMUNITY As a Queensland Government project, sustainability has always been a key element of the Carseldine Village masterplan. You may have heard that it is one of the first freehold terrace residential developments in Queensland to deliver 100% net zero energy emission homes. But we’re also leading the way to a greener future by setting sustainability benchmarks via new building and construction techniques, improving energy and water systems, creating novel applications for the latest green technologies, and reducing waste and carbon emissions. We’re proud to share that Carseldine Village achieved Australian Excellence earning a 5 Star Green Star – Communities certified rating. This highly coveted rating is independent certification from the Green Building Council of Australia that we’ve created a showcase of Australian Excellence in Master Planning. The rating assesses five aspects of the Carseldine Village development: its governance, liveability, economic prosperity, environment and innovation. What does this mean for you, our new residents? Beyond the emissions, water, energy and utilities bill savings that come from the suite of sustainable technologies in your new terrace homes, Carseldine Village is more than a leading-edge sustainable development. As our 5 Star Green Star – Communities rating attests, your new community is a place that actively cultivates a positive and healthy lifestyle for residents like you as well. You can find out more about the sustainable innovations in your new community by exploring Carseldine Village online at: carseldinevillage.com.au
