WHY USAWOA NEEDS TO TRANSFORM
IT INFOSTRUCTURE NOW?
• Association must perform some transformation before Managed Service Provider (MSP) is selected to
significantly minimize transformation cost.
• Association is losing income in due to inadequate IT infostructure:
• Membership – Individual & Corporate
• Advertising
• Philanthropy
• DROA Registrar Domain Renewal Cost too expensive.
• BlueHost Hosting Provider does not offer Windows Hosting
• Microsoft 365 Email Expensive.
• Windows Subdomain management not available.
• USAWOA must transition to Web 5.0 Framework to implement subdomain management.
• Community Brands stopped support for NetForum PRO Association Management System (AMS) in 2007.
• USAWOA must select and transition to new AMS.
• Association Leadership and Staff must learn MS 365 and new AMS capabilities.
