We have changed the way we offer our exciting service and have extended it so more customers can benefit. Many people do not want to move into a sheltered scheme to access specialist support but we could offer a similar service where you live now. We are committed to helping customers live independently in their own home. We have four levels of service: Lifeline – for £5.64 per week we will provide a community alarm and respond to any call outs Lifeline Plus – for £6.64 per week as well as responding to your alarm we will visit you in your home on a quarterly basis At home – for £9.64 per week we will respond to any alarm call, contact you weekly over the phone and visit you monthly Sheltered – for £15.64 per week we will monitor your alarm and respond to call outs, contact you daily over the phone and visit you at least twice per week A Mobile Support Worker will talk with you and your family to discuss the options available and we will build a plan that is suited to your needs. There would be a charge for these services but customers on a low income could receive support from Halton Borough Council.
