Location and Venue Prague Congress Centre / PCC The Prague Congress Centre is one of the largest and best equipped European centers. It is located in a unique position on top of one of the Prague hills, offering a beautiful view of the famous skyline of Prague, with the silhouette of the Prague Castle. In 2000 PCC hosted the 55th International Monetary Fund and the World Bank meeting, in 2002 it hosted a NATO summit and in 2019 it hosted IPC2019. Adjacent metro station (Vyšehrad – Line C) is only two stops from downtown Prague. Additional Information ALLOCATION OF EXHIBITION SPACE Space Allocation will be made on a “first come, first served” basis. A completed Booking Form and Contract should be by e-mail to ensure reservation of a desired location. Upon receipt of the Book- ing Form and Contract, space will be confirmed, and an invoice will be mailed. SITE INSPECTIONS Exhibitors and Sponsors are free to visit the Conference venue at their convenience. Contact the Sponsorship Manager to make the necessary arrangements. SPONSORS AND EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION • All sponsors and exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting company name. • A Special code will be sent to you to give you the access for the free sponsor/exhibitor badges • Additional exhibitor badges will be charged for the early bird fee with 10% discount. Diamond and Gold Sponsors benefit from 25% dicount. Those badges are giving access to the lecture rooms. Legal Information for Sponsors & Exhibitors CONTRACTS & CONFIRMATION Applications for Support as a Sponsor or Exhibitor must be made in writing with the enclosed Book- ing Form and Contract. SPONSORS Once a Booking Form and Contract is received, an official confirmation of this reservation will be sent to you with an accompanying invoice. Upon receipt of this Booking Form and Contract, the organiser will reserve the items listed. Completion of this form by the Company shall be considered as a commitment to purchase the items. Terms of Payment Once a Booking Form and Contract is received, a confirmation will be mailed to you with an accom- panying invoice. 100% of the invoiced amount must be paid within 30 days, and no later than 2 months before the Conference Should the Company fail to complete payments prior to the commencement of the Conference, the Organiser will be entitled to cancel the reservation. No refund can apply in this case. Companies registered in the EU with a valid VAT number will be charged without VAT for their packages. Payment Methods Option 1: Payment by Bank Transfer. Bank account and other details for this payment will be stated on the invoice. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer. Option 2: Payment by online credit card payment. Any itor/ Supporter shall hold harmless the Organiser from any and special decoration or fittings must be submitted to the Organis- all damages/claims, including those usually covered by a fire and er for prior authorisation. Advertising panels and display are not extended under a coverage policy. The Exhibitor/Supporter will permitted outside the exhibition areas allotted to the Exhibitors/ purchase insurance policies for the above listed damages. Supporters. The Organiser will not approve stands, which do not comply with the accepted standards, until the necessary changes have been made. 19
