HOA News & Information It's only February, and we've already been busy with projects! The pump room at our main pool will be getting a face lift after a malfunction at the end of pool season 2019. The new configuration will make it much easier to perform maintenance! Speaking of pool season, mark your calendars for opening day May 2nd! We're also working on the lake, which encompasses the fountain, beaver dam, and newly discovered otters that are now calling the lake home. Both the beavers and otters have a mission to destroy the fountain, so to combat this, we'll be pulling the fountain out of the lake until the wildlife issues are under control. We'll begin deconstructing the beaver dam as soon as the area dries. While the fountain is out, we'll have it thoroughly repaired, with a new power cable installed, and beaver proofed. Hopefully, this will deter any more chewing. We have 4 new landscape projects that were approved and budgeted for in 2020. The raised bed at the circle entrance, Kentmere playground, Palisades portal entrance to Town Green, and the large round bed at the Main Pool Bathrooms will be updated and renovated over the course of the year. We're excited to see these projects finished! If you own a business that could be used to complete our projects, please contact the office. We would love to use resident owned companies! Please remember, according to Exhibit C of the Initial Use Restrictions, Section 2 (g), Outside burning of trash, leaves, debris, or other materials, except during the normal course of constructing a dwelling on a Unit; Have a Graduating Senior?
