This system entitles to 10% discounts and makes it possible to avoid long queues during heavy traffic. The required transponder is available at the toll stations. Environmental (reduced emissions) zones https://www.umwelt-plakette.de/nl.html • Many German city centres are only accessible with an environment sticker (“Umweltplakete”) attached to the vehicle. • This is in the hope to realise a reduction in high ultra-fine particle content of the air and air pollution in general. • All vehicles, also those carrying a foreign licence plate, must have a sticker attached within the Environmental (reduced emissions) zones. • This cannot be paid with the DKV Card.

Tolls are levied on the basis of vehicle category and the amount of kilometres covered. » You are advised to arrange a Telepass via the DKV website in advance (which also includes a mandatory Viacard). » Another option is to buy a Viacard in Italy for subsequent toll payment (by DKV Card, credit card or cash payment). » Viacards can also be ordered in advance through DKV. www.autostrade.it Class 3: vehicle combinations numbering three axles in total Class 4: vehicle combinations numbering four axles in total http://www.autostrade.it/it/il-pedaggio/le-classi-di-pedaggio » Coach companies may also opt for ‘Consorzio’ membership to qualify for discounts on the use of the Fréjus and Mont Blanc tunnels (Italian Autostrade discounts do not apply to buses and coaches). Marketing | Page 27 Norway 1/2 » By way of AutoPass for vehicles as of 3.5 tonnes City tolls • Apply in the cities Bergen, Oslo, Trondheim, Kristiansand, Namsos, Tønsberg, Stavanger Tunnels • Oslofjord • Folgefonn Payment In Norway there are three toll payment options: 1. Just Pass Through (up to 3.5 tonnes) For stays up to 2 months nothing is in fact required. When passing a toll gate (‘bomstasjon’) no stopping is required to continue the journey. In this case the licence plate is scanned, after which the bill is sent automatically within four to six months. Bills are collected through Euro Parking Collection (EPC) in London. Overdue accounts risk a penalty in the amount of 300 NOK. Take note: manual payment is still required at a small number of small toll stations. Those who fail to stop and pay are liable for a penalty in the amount of 300 NOK.

AutoPASS In case of stays in excess of two months, visitors to Norway who are in possession of a credit card may use the automatic payment system (Visitor's Payment). Before departing, first register at www.autopass.no, after which the tolls due are debited direct on your account. This agreement is valid for a period until three months. Another option is to buy an electronic pass at the toll companies. The costs are 300 NOK, deducted automatically when passing a toll station. Any possible credit remaining will be remitted to your account after 85 days. 3. EasyGo EasyGo is a very convenient system for visits to various Scandinavian countries. It can be used to pay most bridges and toll roads in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The system combines the electronic payment systems BroBizz (Sweden) and AutoPASS (Norway). EasyGo operates by way of a transmitter positioned behind the windscreen. When approaching a toll station, follow the BroBizz/AutoPASS/EasyGo sign, after which the toll due is subtracted from your account via the toll box.

Environmental (reduced emissions) zones
There are environmental zones in two locations in the centre of Lisbon from Mondays up to and including Fridays between 7 and 21
hrs:
• Zone 1: between Avenida da Liberdade and the city centre only Euro-3 class (min.) vehicles are allowed (vehicles built after
January 2000).
• Zone 2: in the circumference of Avenida Ceuta, Eixo Norte/Sul, Avenida Forcas Armadas, Avenida Estados Unidos da America,
Avenida General Spinola and Avenida Infante D. Henrique only Euro-2 class (min.) vehicles are allowed (vehicles built after
January 1996).Marketing | Page 31 Romania » In Romania electronic road charges apply to coaches on the basis of a toll vignette (Rovinieta). Tolls can be paid at post offices, fuel stations or border stations or at www.rovieniete.ro. Settlement with the DKV Card is possible at all MOL-stations. Bridges Additional toll is charged on the use of several Danube bridges (A2 near Cernavoda and DN2A near Vadu Oii).

Marketing | Page 42 United Kingdom (3/3) • London: LEZ charge Apart from the city centre congestion charge, the City of London levies an environment tax on heavier vehicles within the Greater London Area named Low Emission Zone (LEZ). Larger vehicles inside this area, like minivans and trucks that do not meet certain emission standards are charged on a daily basis.
